This Acceptable Use Policy describes the permitted uses, prohibited activities, restrictions, limitations, compliance requirements, enforcement procedures, and standards of conduct that may apply throughout the Billow Exchange Ecosystem. This Acceptable Use Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Product Policy, and any other applicable governance documents, agreements, disclosures, policies, notices, or supplemental terms that may apply to particular Services, technologies, platforms, Memberships, Certifications, Events, programs, communities, or offerings.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users, visitors, Members, subscribers, customers, Certification participants, Event participants, community participants, organizations, businesses, and other individuals or entities that access, use, interact with, purchase, license, subscribe to, participate in, or otherwise engage with the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

For purposes of this Acceptable Use Policy, the "Billow Exchange Ecosystem" includes, without limitation, websites, applications, software, educational programs, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, community platforms, Discord communities, Events, webinars, workshops, dashboards, research tools, artificial-intelligence services, APIs, mobile applications, downloadable content, digital resources, social-media accounts, communications systems, support services, and all other products, services, content, materials, technologies, platforms, and offerings made available by Billow Exchange.

This Acceptable Use Policy is intended to protect the security, integrity, availability, functionality, reliability, lawful operation, business interests, intellectual property, users, personnel, communities, technologies, and Services of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall comply with this Acceptable Use Policy when accessing, using, interacting with, participating in, or otherwise engaging with any portion of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem. Prohibited conduct may occur through actions, omissions, communications, content, technologies, automated systems, third-party services, or other activities that affect the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies regardless of whether conduct occurs through websites, applications, software platforms, community environments, communication channels, Events, Certifications, Memberships, artificial-intelligence services, APIs, third-party integrations, social-media platforms, or other technologies associated with the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

By accessing or using the Billow Exchange Ecosystem, users acknowledge and agree that their activities are subject to this Acceptable Use Policy and all other applicable governance documents.

If you do not agree to this Acceptable Use Policy, you should not access or use the applicable Services.

1.2: RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER GOVERNANCE DOCUMENTS

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the broader Billow Exchange governance framework and should be read together with the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Product Policy, and any other applicable agreements, disclosures, notices, supplemental terms, program requirements, participation requirements, service-specific terms, or governing documents that may apply to particular Services or offerings.

The Billow Exchange Ecosystem may include Services, technologies, platforms, communities, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, educational programs, artificial-intelligence services, software applications, dashboards, research tools, APIs, mobile applications, and other offerings that are subject to additional rules, requirements, restrictions, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, operational requirements, or supplemental terms.

Users are responsible for complying with all governance documents, agreements, policies, notices, disclosures, requirements, and terms applicable to their use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem. Compliance with one policy, agreement, or requirement does not excuse noncompliance with any other applicable policy, agreement, requirement, restriction, or obligation.

Certain conduct may violate multiple governance documents simultaneously. A violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may also constitute a violation of the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Digital Product Policy, Membership requirements, Certification requirements, Event requirements, service-specific terms, applicable agreements, or other governing documents.

Where additional rules, restrictions, requirements, obligations, eligibility standards, participation standards, operational requirements, technical requirements, or supplemental terms apply to a particular Service, program, Membership, Certification, Event, technology, platform, or offering, users shall comply with such requirements in addition to this Acceptable Use Policy.

1.3: COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, regulatory requirements, governmental requirements, court orders, administrative orders, industry requirements, and legal obligations in connection with their access to and use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not access, use, participate in, interact with, or otherwise utilize the Billow Exchange Ecosystem in any manner that violates applicable law or facilitates, promotes, supports, assists, encourages, or enables unlawful conduct by any person or entity.

The Billow Exchange Ecosystem may be accessed from multiple jurisdictions and may involve users located in different countries, territories, states, provinces, or regions. Users are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Services is lawful within their jurisdiction and for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their activities.

Users shall comply with applicable financial, securities, commodities, consumer-protection, privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, anti-fraud, anti-spam, anti-corruption, export-control, sanctions, taxation, communications, cybersecurity, and other legal or regulatory requirements that may apply to their activities.

Users shall not utilize the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to evade legal obligations, circumvent regulatory requirements, avoid governmental restrictions, facilitate unlawful transactions, conceal unlawful conduct, or otherwise engage in activities that are prohibited by applicable law.

Certain Services, technologies, content, Certifications, Memberships, Events, subscriptions, software tools, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, community features, or other offerings may be subject to additional legal requirements, eligibility standards, geographic restrictions, licensing requirements, regulatory requirements, or compliance obligations depending upon the nature of the Service and the jurisdiction involved.

Compliance with applicable law is a continuing obligation. Users are responsible for remaining informed regarding legal and regulatory requirements that may affect their activities and for ensuring that their use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem remains compliant as laws, regulations, and legal requirements evolve over time.

1.4: GENERAL PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users shall use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem only for lawful, authorized, legitimate, and appropriate purposes consistent with applicable governance documents and the intended purposes of the Services.

Users shall not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, disruptive, unauthorized, misleading, malicious, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with the integrity, security, operation, availability, intended use, or legitimate interests of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Without limiting any other provision of this Acceptable Use Policy, users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to engage in activities that may reasonably be expected to interfere with the rights of others, compromise the security of the Services, disrupt platform operations, undermine community participation, impair user experiences, damage the reputation of Billow Exchange, expose Billow Exchange or its users to legal or regulatory risk, or otherwise negatively affect the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not attempt to use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem in a manner inconsistent with applicable instructions, documentation, technical limitations, access restrictions, participation requirements, eligibility requirements, subscription requirements, Membership requirements, licensing restrictions, or other conditions established by Billow Exchange.

Users shall not encourage, facilitate, assist, coordinate, organize, direct, promote, support, or enable other individuals or entities to engage in conduct that would violate this Acceptable Use Policy if performed directly by the user.

The prohibited activities identified throughout this Acceptable Use Policy are intended to be illustrative rather than exhaustive. Conduct not specifically identified in this Acceptable Use Policy may nevertheless be prohibited where such conduct is inconsistent with the security, integrity, lawful operation, intended use, technical requirements, business interests, community standards, or legitimate purposes of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

1.5: FRAUD, DECEPTION, AND MISREPRESENTATION

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to engage in fraud, deception, misrepresentation, dishonest conduct, misleading practices, fraudulent schemes, or other activities intended to deceive, manipulate, exploit, mislead, or improperly influence any individual, organization, business, governmental authority, or other entity.

Users shall not provide false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, fabricated, manipulated, incomplete, or fraudulent information in connection with their use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem, including information relating to identity, qualifications, affiliations, credentials, Certifications, Memberships, account ownership, eligibility, participation status, payment information, transaction information, business activities, or other material matters.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, scams, fraudulent offers, deceptive promotions, phishing schemes, social-engineering activities, forged documents, falsified records, fabricated credentials, manipulated screenshots, fraudulent testimonials, deceptive marketing practices, impersonation-related fraud, account-related fraud, payment-related fraud, or other schemes intended to obtain money, property, access, information, benefits, privileges, services, opportunities, or other advantages through deceptive means.

Users shall not knowingly make false representations regarding investment performance, trading results, business results, financial outcomes, educational achievements, Certifications, qualifications, professional experience, affiliations, endorsements, partnerships, sponsorships, approvals, authorizations, or other matters that may influence the decisions, actions, or perceptions of others.

Users shall not conceal material information, create false impressions, manipulate information, distribute fraudulent content, coordinate deceptive activities, submit false documentation, or otherwise engage in conduct that misrepresents facts or circumstances relating to the Billow Exchange Ecosystem or any activity conducted through the Services.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to facilitate, support, organize, promote, advertise, participate in, or otherwise engage in fraudulent activities involving third parties, external platforms, financial transactions, commercial activities, business operations, educational programs, online services, or other activities occurring inside or outside the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

For purposes of this Acceptable Use Policy, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct may occur through communications, content, transactions, technologies, automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, documents, images, videos, audio recordings, software tools, account activity, or any other method used to create false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent impressions.

1.6: MARKET MANIPULATION AND FINANCIAL MISCONDUCT

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to engage in, facilitate, coordinate, promote, support, encourage, assist, or participate in market manipulation, deceptive trading practices, financial misconduct, abusive market activities, or other conduct intended to improperly influence financial markets, securities, commodities, digital assets, currencies, financial instruments, or market participants.

Users shall not distribute false, misleading, deceptive, manipulated, fabricated, or materially inaccurate information relating to securities, investments, issuers, companies, financial instruments, markets, trading activity, market events, economic conditions, financial performance, investment opportunities, or related subjects for the purpose of influencing market behavior or the decisions of others.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, pump-and-dump schemes, coordinated buying campaigns, coordinated selling campaigns, market-rigging activities, deceptive trading schemes, false rumors, manipulative promotional campaigns, wash trading, spoofing, layering, coordinated misinformation campaigns, fraudulent market commentary, or other activities intended to create artificial market conditions or misleading market perceptions.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to organize, coordinate, encourage, recruit participants for, advertise, facilitate, or otherwise support activities designed to manipulate prices, trading volume, market sentiment, liquidity, investor behavior, or other market conditions.

Users shall not knowingly distribute fabricated trading records, false performance data, manipulated charts, deceptive screenshots, misleading research materials, fraudulent analyses, altered financial information, or other materials intended to create inaccurate impressions regarding investment opportunities, market conditions, trading activity, or financial performance.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to facilitate insider trading, unlawful tipping activities, misuse of material non-public information, unlawful disclosure of confidential market information, or other activities prohibited by applicable securities laws, commodities laws, financial regulations, or market-conduct requirements.

Educational discussions, market commentary, investment research, financial analysis, personal opinions, trading ideas, educational examples, hypothetical scenarios, and good-faith discussions regarding financial markets are not prohibited solely because they express opinions, forecasts, analyses, predictions, or differing viewpoints. However, such activities must not be used as a vehicle for deceptive conduct, manipulation, fraud, unlawful market activity, or other conduct prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy.

1.7: UNAUTHORIZED INVESTMENT SOLICITATIONS AND CAPITAL RAISING

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to solicit investments, raise capital, offer securities, seek investors, recruit investment participants, market investment opportunities, promote investment vehicles, advertise financial offerings, or otherwise engage in investment-solicitation activities unless expressly authorized by Billow Exchange and permitted under applicable law.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to offer, market, promote, facilitate, advertise, distribute, sell, or solicit participation in securities offerings, private placements, investment funds, pooled-investment arrangements, syndications, managed accounts, investment clubs, crowdfunding campaigns, token offerings, digital-asset offerings, financial products, or similar opportunities.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, requests for investment capital, investor recruitment campaigns, fundraising activities, securities promotions, private-investment solicitations, venture-funding solicitations, capital-raising efforts, investment-group recruitment, unlicensed advisory activities, referral schemes relating to investment opportunities, or other activities intended to obtain financial participation from users.

Users shall not represent or imply that Billow Exchange sponsors, endorses, approves, verifies, supports, recommends, guarantees, or otherwise participates in any investment opportunity, fundraising effort, capital-raising activity, financial product, investment vehicle, securities offering, or financial arrangement unless expressly authorized in writing by Billow Exchange.

Users shall not utilize community discussions, direct messages, Events, Membership communities, Certifications, webinars, social-media communities, software tools, dashboards, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, or other Services as channels for unauthorized investment marketing, investor solicitation, fundraising, deal promotion, or financial-product promotion.

Users shall not request, collect, receive, transmit, process, hold, pool, manage, safeguard, or otherwise handle funds, securities, investment assets, digital assets, or other financial assets on behalf of other users through the Billow Exchange Ecosystem unless expressly authorized by Billow Exchange and permitted under applicable law.

Nothing in this Section prohibits legitimate educational discussions regarding investing, trading, financial markets, securities, investment strategies, business finance, capital markets, fundraising concepts, financial history, economic principles, or other educational topics, provided that such discussions are not used to facilitate prohibited investment-solicitation activities, capital-raising activities, or financial promotions.

1.8: ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to engage in, facilitate, promote, support, encourage, coordinate, assist, organize, advertise, conceal, or otherwise participate in unlawful activities or activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, court orders, governmental requirements, regulatory requirements, or legal obligations.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, fraud, theft, identity theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, bribery, corruption, extortion, blackmail, forgery, counterfeiting, unlawful gambling activities, unlawful financial schemes, unlawful commercial activities, unlawful data acquisition, unlawful surveillance, unlawful access activities, unlawful distribution of protected information, or other illegal conduct.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to facilitate, coordinate, promote, advertise, distribute, provide instructions for, or otherwise support criminal activity, unlawful transactions, unlawful services, illegal enterprises, prohibited business activities, or other activities prohibited by applicable law.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to obtain, distribute, sell, exchange, transfer, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage with stolen property, fraudulently obtained property, unlawfully acquired information, counterfeit materials, forged documents, illegally obtained credentials, unauthorized access tools, or other unlawfully obtained assets or resources.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to evade legal obligations, conceal unlawful conduct, interfere with lawful investigations, obstruct regulatory processes, avoid compliance requirements, or otherwise assist others in avoiding legal or regulatory responsibilities.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem in connection with any activity involving terrorist organizations, criminal organizations, organized fraud operations, unlawful trafficking activities, prohibited transactions, sanctioned parties, or other unlawful enterprises prohibited by applicable law.

The examples identified in this Section are illustrative and not exhaustive. Any use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem in furtherance of unlawful activity, criminal activity, regulatory violations, or other prohibited conduct may constitute a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

1.9: HARASSMENT, ABUSE, AND THREATENING CONDUCT

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to engage in harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, abusive conduct, coercion, stalking, retaliation, hostile conduct, or other behavior intended to harm, distress, frighten, pressure, humiliate, exploit, or negatively affect another individual or organization.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, targeted harassment, repeated unwanted communications, threats of violence, threats of harm, intimidation campaigns, abusive messaging, personal attacks, hostile conduct, stalking behavior, malicious targeting, retaliation against reporting parties, retaliation against witnesses, or other conduct that creates an unsafe, hostile, disruptive, or harmful environment.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to threaten physical harm, financial harm, reputational harm, professional harm, legal harm, property damage, unlawful retaliation, or other adverse consequences against any person or entity.

Users shall not encourage, organize, coordinate, promote, facilitate, or participate in harassment campaigns, brigading activities, mob behavior, targeted abuse, intimidation efforts, retaliation campaigns, or similar conduct directed toward individuals, organizations, businesses, communities, or other entities.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to abuse, harass, threaten, intimidate, or target Billow Exchange personnel, moderators, administrators, contractors, instructors, Event speakers, Certification administrators, community participants, support personnel, partners, vendors, or other individuals associated with the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct may occur through messages, posts, comments, discussions, content, images, videos, audio recordings, direct communications, automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, social-media activity, Events, community participation, or any other interaction associated with the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

This Section applies regardless of whether the conduct occurs publicly, privately, directly, indirectly, anonymously, pseudonymously, manually, through automated systems, through artificial-intelligence systems, or through third-party technologies or services connected to the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

1.10: SPAM, MASS MESSAGING, AND UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to distribute, transmit, publish, post, send, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage in spam, mass messaging, unsolicited communications, excessive communications, repetitive communications, or other unwanted communications.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, bulk messaging, mass direct messaging, unsolicited promotional messages, repetitive postings, excessive advertising, referral spam, affiliate spam, commercial spam, automated messaging campaigns, comment spam, link spam, excessive self-promotion, excessive recruitment efforts, or other communications that are disruptive, unwanted, misleading, excessive, or unrelated to the intended purpose of the applicable Service.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to distribute unsolicited advertisements, marketing materials, promotional content, commercial solicitations, lead-generation campaigns, referral campaigns, sales campaigns, or similar communications without authorization from Billow Exchange.

Users shall not create multiple accounts, utilize automated systems, employ artificial-intelligence systems, use bots, use scripts, use third-party services, or otherwise engage in activities designed to amplify, distribute, automate, coordinate, or increase the volume of spam, promotional communications, or unsolicited communications.

Users shall not use community discussions, direct messages, Membership communities, Certifications, Events, webinars, social-media communities, support channels, software tools, dashboards, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, or other Services as channels for unauthorized mass communications, promotional campaigns, marketing campaigns, recruitment campaigns, or unsolicited outreach.

Communications may be considered spam or unsolicited regardless of whether they are commercial, financial, educational, political, charitable, social, automated, manually generated, or otherwise intended to promote a person, organization, product, service, opportunity, cause, platform, website, or activity.

Reasonable participation in community discussions, educational conversations, support interactions, authorized communications, legitimate networking activities, and other activities consistent with the intended purpose of the applicable Service shall not be considered spam solely because they involve the sharing of information, resources, opinions, experiences, or relevant recommendations.

1.11: IMPERSONATION AND FALSE AUTHORITY

Users shall not impersonate, imitate, misrepresent, falsely claim affiliation with, falsely claim authorization from, or otherwise present themselves as another individual, organization, business, government entity, educational institution, community participant, moderator, administrator, employee, contractor, partner, representative, or other person or entity.

Users shall not falsely represent or imply that they are acting on behalf of Billow Exchange or that they possess authority, permissions, responsibilities, endorsements, approvals, Certifications, credentials, employment relationships, partnerships, sponsorships, affiliations, or official status that they do not possess.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, creating accounts intended to imitate another person or organization, using deceptive usernames, creating misleading profiles, falsely claiming Membership status, falsely claiming Certification status, falsely claiming professional qualifications, falsely claiming employment relationships, falsely claiming moderator or administrator status, or otherwise creating false impressions regarding identity, authority, expertise, affiliation, or representation.

Users shall not use another person's name, likeness, image, voice, reputation, credentials, branding, trademarks, content, professional identity, or other identifying characteristics in a deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, unauthorized, or confusing manner.

Users shall not create, distribute, publish, transmit, or utilize fraudulent communications, deceptive documents, forged credentials, fabricated approvals, false endorsements, misleading representations, fake notices, fake warnings, fake announcements, or similar materials intended to create false impressions regarding authority, legitimacy, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation.

Users shall not utilize artificial-intelligence systems, automated systems, software tools, bots, images, videos, audio recordings, synthetic media, or other technologies to impersonate, misrepresent, imitate, deceive, or falsely portray another individual, organization, or entity.

The use of nicknames, screen names, business names, brand names, organizational identities, pen names, stage names, or other alternative identifiers is not prohibited provided such use is not deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, intended to impersonate another party, or otherwise inconsistent with this Acceptable Use Policy.

1.12: PRIVACY VIOLATIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED DATA USE

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to collect, obtain, access, disclose, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, share, exploit, misuse, or otherwise process personal information, confidential information, sensitive information, proprietary information, or protected information in an unauthorized, unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or inappropriate manner.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, doxxing, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, publication of private communications, unauthorized sharing of account information, unauthorized disclosure of financial information, unauthorized disclosure of authentication information, unauthorized disclosure of confidential business information, unauthorized surveillance, unauthorized monitoring, or other privacy-invasive activities.

Users shall not collect, harvest, compile, aggregate, purchase, sell, exchange, transfer, license, distribute, or otherwise utilize personal information obtained through the Billow Exchange Ecosystem for unauthorized marketing, solicitation, profiling, surveillance, commercial exploitation, data-brokerage activities, identity-related activities, or other unauthorized purposes.

Users shall not request, solicit, deceive, manipulate, pressure, coerce, induce, or otherwise attempt to obtain passwords, authentication credentials, security codes, account-recovery information, payment information, personal records, confidential information, or other sensitive information from users or other individuals.

Users shall not distribute, publish, transmit, store, process, display, or otherwise make available personal information, confidential information, proprietary information, private records, authentication information, or other protected information without appropriate authorization or other lawful basis.

Users shall not utilize the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to facilitate identity theft, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, privacy invasions, social-engineering activities, unauthorized information gathering, unauthorized disclosure activities, or other conduct involving the misuse of personal or confidential information.

For purposes of this Section, protected information may include names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, account information, payment information, login credentials, authentication information, government-issued identification information, financial information, business information, private communications, geolocation information, or other information that may reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual or organization.

1.13: UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND ACCESS INTERFERENCE

Users shall not access, attempt to access, obtain, use, interfere with, manipulate, disrupt, or otherwise interact with any account, system, network, platform, database, technology, Service, feature, functionality, resource, content, or information without proper authorization.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, unauthorized access attempts, account compromise, credential misuse, privilege escalation, access-control circumvention, unauthorized system interaction, unauthorized administrative access, unauthorized use of another user's account, unauthorized use of access credentials, or other attempts to gain access beyond the permissions granted by Billow Exchange.

Users shall not attempt to bypass, defeat, disable, avoid, interfere with, manipulate, test, probe, or otherwise circumvent authentication systems, security measures, access controls, verification procedures, technical safeguards, usage limitations, subscription controls, Membership controls, licensing controls, geographic restrictions, or other protective mechanisms implemented by Billow Exchange.

Users shall not access or attempt to access areas of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem that are restricted, private, non-public, administrative, development-related, testing-related, enterprise-only, staff-only, moderator-only, or otherwise unavailable to the user under the user's authorized access rights.

Users shall not utilize stolen credentials, compromised accounts, unauthorized access methods, credential-sharing arrangements, fraudulent authentication methods, automated access methods, security vulnerabilities, technical exploits, or other unauthorized means to obtain access to Services, content, features, systems, technologies, or information.

Users shall not interfere with, disrupt, impair, degrade, obstruct, manipulate, overload, or otherwise negatively affect user access, account functionality, authentication processes, access-management systems, platform availability, system operations, or the authorized use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem by other users.

Unauthorized access and access-interference activities are prohibited regardless of whether such activities are successful, unsuccessful, attempted, automated, manual, direct, indirect, temporary, ongoing, exploratory, experimental, or conducted through third-party technologies, artificial-intelligence systems, automated systems, scripts, software tools, or other methods.

1.14: ACCOUNT SHARING AND CREDENTIAL SHARING

Users shall not share, distribute, transfer, disclose, loan, lease, rent, sublicense, sell, assign, provide, or otherwise make available account credentials, login information, authentication methods, access rights, Membership access, subscription access, Certification access, Event access, software access, dashboard access, artificial-intelligence service access, research-tool access, or other access rights to unauthorized individuals or entities.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, account sharing, password sharing, credential sharing, shared-login arrangements, account lending, account leasing, account rentals, account resale, subscription sharing, Membership sharing, unauthorized account transfers, unauthorized access pooling, group-access arrangements, or other activities designed to permit multiple individuals to utilize access rights intended for a single authorized user.

Users shall not permit another individual or entity to access, use, operate, manage, control, or otherwise utilize an account registered in the user's name unless such activity is expressly authorized by Billow Exchange.

Users shall not purchase, acquire, obtain, use, access, distribute, transfer, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise utilize accounts, credentials, subscriptions, Memberships, Certifications, access rights, or related privileges that were obtained through unauthorized, fraudulent, deceptive, stolen, compromised, or otherwise improper means.

Where Billow Exchange offers enterprise accounts, organizational accounts, team-based access arrangements, multi-user subscriptions, educational licenses, corporate licenses, or other shared-access offerings, users shall comply with the specific access rights, usage limitations, licensing terms, participant limitations, and operational requirements applicable to such offerings.

Users remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials, authentication methods, recovery information, security information, access devices, and other account-access mechanisms associated with their accounts and Services.

Account-sharing and credential-sharing restrictions apply regardless of whether access is shared manually, electronically, temporarily, permanently, directly, indirectly, through automated systems, through artificial-intelligence systems, through third-party services, or through any other method designed to extend access beyond the scope authorized by Billow Exchange.

1.15: CIRCUMVENTION OF MEMBERSHIPS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND ACCESS CONTROLS

Users shall not bypass, circumvent, defeat, avoid, interfere with, manipulate, disable, exploit, or otherwise undermine Membership requirements, subscription requirements, licensing restrictions, access controls, usage limitations, entitlement systems, authentication mechanisms, payment requirements, eligibility requirements, or other restrictions governing access to the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, paywall circumvention, unauthorized access to premium content, unauthorized access to Membership benefits, unauthorized access to subscription services, unauthorized access to Certifications, unauthorized access to Events, unauthorized access to software services, unauthorized access to dashboard services, unauthorized access to artificial-intelligence services, entitlement circumvention, access-control bypasses, licensing circumvention, or other activities intended to obtain access without proper authorization.

Users shall not utilize technical exploits, vulnerabilities, scripts, software tools, automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, modified applications, unauthorized integrations, fraudulent transactions, deceptive practices, credential-sharing arrangements, account-sharing arrangements, or other methods to obtain access to Services, features, functionality, content, benefits, privileges, or resources for which they are not authorized.

Users shall not access, copy, distribute, download, reproduce, record, transmit, share, republish, or otherwise make available premium content, Membership content, Certification content, Event content, software services, dashboard services, research materials, artificial-intelligence outputs, educational materials, digital resources, or other restricted materials in a manner that circumvents applicable access restrictions, licensing requirements, subscription requirements, or Membership requirements.

Users shall not attempt to manipulate free trials, promotional programs, discounts, coupon programs, access programs, eligibility requirements, account-registration processes, Membership programs, subscription programs, or other access-related systems to obtain unauthorized benefits, privileges, discounts, access rights, or services.

Users shall not create multiple accounts, use alternate identities, utilize deceptive registration practices, exploit technical limitations, or otherwise engage in activities designed to evade restrictions governing access to Services, content, technologies, programs, benefits, or features made available through the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Access to Services, content, technologies, programs, benefits, features, and other offerings is limited to the scope expressly authorized by the applicable Membership, subscription, license, purchase, registration, participation status, eligibility status, or other authorization granted by Billow Exchange.

1.16: SECURITY VIOLATIONS AND SYSTEM INTERFERENCE

Users shall not engage in activities that compromise, threaten, test, interfere with, disrupt, impair, degrade, manipulate, or otherwise negatively affect the security, stability, integrity, availability, reliability, performance, or operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized security testing, penetration-testing activities conducted without authorization, security-control bypasses, privilege-escalation activities, unauthorized system probing, network interference, service disruption, denial-of-service activities, distributed-denial-of-service activities, infrastructure interference, platform manipulation, resource exhaustion, or other activities that may adversely affect systems, technologies, users, or Services.

Users shall not attempt to identify, discover, access, exploit, disclose, distribute, weaponize, or otherwise utilize software vulnerabilities, security weaknesses, configuration weaknesses, implementation flaws, infrastructure weaknesses, or other technical deficiencies for unauthorized purposes.

Users shall not interfere with, disable, modify, manipulate, circumvent, or otherwise compromise security controls, monitoring systems, authentication systems, verification systems, logging systems, fraud-prevention systems, access-management systems, operational controls, protective technologies, or other security-related measures implemented by Billow Exchange.

Users shall not engage in activities designed to overload, degrade, destabilize, interrupt, impair, disrupt, or negatively affect the operation, responsiveness, functionality, performance, or availability of websites, applications, software platforms, APIs, dashboards, artificial-intelligence services, community platforms, databases, networks, servers, or other components of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not utilize automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, bots, scripts, software tools, networks, devices, infrastructure, third-party services, or coordinated activities in a manner that creates unreasonable burdens on systems, interferes with normal operations, negatively affects other users, or compromises the security or stability of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not knowingly distribute information, instructions, tools, software, exploit code, attack methodologies, technical procedures, or other materials intended to facilitate unauthorized access, security violations, service disruption, infrastructure interference, or other prohibited activities relating to the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

1.17: MALWARE, MALICIOUS CODE, AND HARMFUL TECHNOLOGIES

Users shall not create, develop, distribute, transmit, deploy, execute, facilitate, promote, support, provide, store, host, or otherwise utilize malware, malicious code, harmful technologies, or other technologies intended to damage, disrupt, compromise, interfere with, monitor, exploit, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to systems, devices, networks, accounts, data, software, or services.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, rootkits, malicious scripts, malicious macros, botnets, backdoors, cryptojacking software, credential-stealing tools, remote-access malware, destructive software, malicious payloads, malicious code injections, or other harmful software or technologies.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to distribute, transmit, upload, host, link to, promote, advertise, exchange, sell, share, provide access to, or otherwise facilitate the dissemination of malware, malicious code, exploit kits, attack tools, malicious software, or other harmful technologies.

Users shall not utilize malicious code, harmful technologies, software exploits, automated attack tools, malicious scripts, or similar technologies to interfere with users, systems, services, networks, devices, accounts, applications, databases, APIs, websites, artificial-intelligence services, dashboards, or other components of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to facilitate credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, unauthorized monitoring, data theft, unauthorized data collection, unauthorized system access, malicious automation, malicious software deployment, or other activities involving harmful technologies.

Users shall not provide instructions, services, resources, software, code, tools, templates, infrastructure, technical support, or other assistance intended to facilitate the creation, deployment, operation, distribution, or use of malware, malicious code, harmful technologies, or related malicious activities.

For purposes of this Section, harmful technologies may include software, code, tools, devices, scripts, automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, technical methods, or other technologies designed or used to compromise security, interfere with operations, obtain unauthorized access, steal information, damage systems, disrupt services, or facilitate other prohibited conduct.

1.18: SCRAPING, DATA HARVESTING, AND UNAUTHORIZED COLLECTION

Users shall not collect, scrape, harvest, extract, copy, download, aggregate, index, monitor, capture, mine, compile, or otherwise obtain data, content, information, materials, records, outputs, metadata, or other resources from the Billow Exchange Ecosystem through unauthorized means.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, web scraping, screen scraping, content harvesting, automated data collection, automated extraction, automated monitoring, database extraction, dataset creation, bulk downloading, content mirroring, indexing activities, automated collection of user information, automated collection of platform information, or other activities designed to collect information at scale.

Users shall not utilize bots, crawlers, spiders, scripts, artificial-intelligence systems, automated systems, software tools, browser automation tools, data-collection technologies, third-party services, or other technologies to access, collect, monitor, extract, copy, reproduce, store, process, or distribute information from the Billow Exchange Ecosystem without authorization.

Users shall not collect, aggregate, compile, organize, analyze, process, resell, license, distribute, publish, commercialize, or otherwise utilize information obtained from the Billow Exchange Ecosystem for competitive purposes, commercial purposes, training purposes, research purposes, marketing purposes, data-brokerage activities, profiling activities, or other unauthorized purposes.

Users shall not systematically access, monitor, collect, capture, record, archive, reproduce, or analyze content, dashboards, software services, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, Membership content, Certification content, Event content, user information, platform activity, system outputs, or other materials in a manner that exceeds authorized use or creates unauthorized datasets, repositories, archives, records, or derivative collections.

Users shall not utilize information obtained through the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to build, improve, train, evaluate, benchmark, develop, support, commercialize, or operate competing products, services, databases, software platforms, artificial-intelligence systems, research tools, educational products, or other offerings.

Reasonable access, viewing, searching, downloading, storage, printing, sharing, or use of content expressly permitted by the applicable Service, Membership, subscription, license, purchase, authorization, or functionality made available by Billow Exchange shall not be considered a violation of this Section.

1.19: REVERSE ENGINEERING AND UNAUTHORIZED ANALYSIS

Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, translate, reconstruct, analyze, derive, discover, access, extract, or otherwise attempt to determine the source code, underlying structure, architecture, design, algorithms, models, methodologies, processes, protocols, configurations, workflows, or technical operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem except to the extent expressly authorized by Billow Exchange or required by applicable law.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, source-code extraction, software decompilation, binary analysis, protocol analysis, model extraction, architecture mapping, system reconstruction, technical replication, functionality cloning, unauthorized benchmarking, unauthorized performance analysis, unauthorized feature analysis, or other activities intended to discover or replicate non-public aspects of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not utilize software tools, automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, scripts, testing tools, monitoring tools, debugging tools, packet-analysis tools, traffic-analysis tools, or other technologies to analyze, inspect, map, reconstruct, replicate, or derive information regarding the operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem beyond the scope of authorized use.

Users shall not attempt to identify, reproduce, replicate, copy, emulate, recreate, clone, substitute, or develop products, services, technologies, software platforms, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, dashboards, databases, APIs, educational products, or other offerings based upon non-public features, functionality, processes, methods, systems, technologies, or information associated with the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not access, analyze, monitor, test, evaluate, compare, benchmark, measure, document, record, or otherwise examine the internal operation, technical implementation, security architecture, infrastructure, algorithms, artificial-intelligence models, data structures, system configurations, operational processes, or technical characteristics of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem for unauthorized purposes.

Users shall not create derivative technologies, competing technologies, substitute services, imitation platforms, cloned products, replicated systems, or other offerings based in whole or in part upon information, analysis, discoveries, observations, technical findings, non-public information, or other materials obtained through prohibited activities described in this Section.

This Section does not prohibit ordinary use of the Services, authorized interoperability activities, lawful observations arising from normal use of publicly available functionality, or activities expressly authorized by Billow Exchange or otherwise permitted under applicable law.

1.20: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATION ABUSE

Users shall not utilize artificial-intelligence systems, automated systems, bots, scripts, software tools, machine-learning technologies, autonomous agents, automation services, or other technologies in a manner that violates this Acceptable Use Policy or otherwise interferes with the intended operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, automated abuse, automated account creation, automated account management, automated content generation intended to facilitate prohibited conduct, automated harassment, automated spam, automated data collection, automated manipulation, automated circumvention activities, malicious automation, coordinated automation activities, or other unauthorized uses of artificial-intelligence systems or automated technologies.

Users shall not utilize artificial-intelligence systems, automation tools, bots, scripts, software agents, autonomous systems, or related technologies to evade restrictions, bypass access controls, manipulate platform activity, create fraudulent content, impersonate individuals, facilitate deception, conduct unauthorized monitoring, perform unauthorized data collection, interfere with Services, or otherwise engage in prohibited conduct.

Users shall not utilize artificial-intelligence systems or automation technologies to generate, distribute, amplify, coordinate, support, facilitate, promote, or automate fraud, misinformation, market manipulation, harassment, spam, impersonation, unauthorized solicitations, malicious activities, security violations, or other conduct prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy.

Users shall not attempt to manipulate, exploit, interfere with, disrupt, compromise, extract, circumvent, abuse, or otherwise misuse artificial-intelligence services, automated systems, recommendation systems, moderation systems, security systems, analytics systems, research systems, or other technology-based features made available through the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not use artificial-intelligence systems, automated systems, software tools, or related technologies to create excessive system loads, generate artificial engagement, simulate user activity, manipulate metrics, distort analytics, influence rankings, create false activity, or otherwise interfere with the accurate operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Artificial-intelligence systems and automation technologies may be used only in a manner consistent with applicable authorizations, technical limitations, licensing restrictions, operational requirements, usage requirements, and other conditions established by Billow Exchange.

1.21: API ABUSE AND EXCESSIVE USAGE

Users shall not access, use, interact with, query, monitor, automate, integrate with, or otherwise utilize APIs, software interfaces, system endpoints, platform integrations, data services, artificial-intelligence services, dashboards, research tools, or other technology services made available through the Billow Exchange Ecosystem in a manner that exceeds authorized usage or interferes with normal operations.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, excessive requests, excessive queries, rate-limit circumvention, usage-limit circumvention, abusive automation, unauthorized integrations, unauthorized API access, excessive polling, excessive monitoring, resource-intensive activities, abusive workloads, artificial traffic generation, automated overload activities, or other conduct that creates unreasonable burdens on systems, infrastructure, networks, databases, applications, or Services.

Users shall not attempt to bypass, evade, disable, manipulate, interfere with, or otherwise circumvent rate limits, usage controls, technical restrictions, capacity limitations, operational safeguards, service restrictions, access controls, or other protective measures governing access to APIs, software services, artificial-intelligence services, dashboards, research tools, or related technologies.

Users shall not utilize automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, bots, scripts, software tools, proxy services, distributed systems, virtual devices, multiple accounts, multiple identities, or other technologies to increase usage beyond authorized limits or to obtain access, capacity, functionality, outputs, services, or resources not otherwise available to the user.

Users shall not engage in activities that materially degrade performance, impair reliability, interfere with service availability, negatively affect other users, consume excessive resources, generate excessive traffic, overload infrastructure, or otherwise disrupt the normal operation of APIs, software services, dashboards, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, or other components of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not use APIs, integrations, software services, artificial-intelligence services, dashboards, research tools, or related technologies for unauthorized commercial purposes, unauthorized redistribution, unauthorized resale, unauthorized sublicensing, unauthorized service-bureau activities, unauthorized platform operations, or other activities inconsistent with the applicable authorization, license, Membership, subscription, or service terms.

Use of APIs, software services, artificial-intelligence services, dashboards, research tools, and related technologies must remain within the scope of the permissions, access rights, usage limitations, technical requirements, operational requirements, and service restrictions established by Billow Exchange.

1.22: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS

Users shall not infringe, misappropriate, violate, dilute, misuse, or otherwise interfere with the intellectual-property rights, proprietary rights, contractual rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of Billow Exchange or any third party.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade-secret misappropriation, unauthorized reproduction, unauthorized distribution, unauthorized publication, unauthorized performance, unauthorized display, unauthorized modification, unauthorized commercialization, unauthorized sublicensing, unauthorized resale, unauthorized removal of ownership notices, or other activities that violate intellectual-property rights or proprietary rights.

Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, sell, license, commercialize, exploit, or otherwise utilize content, materials, software, Certifications, Membership content, Event content, educational materials, dashboards, research tools, artificial-intelligence outputs, digital resources, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, audio recordings, documents, or other materials without appropriate authorization.

Users shall not remove, alter, obscure, conceal, falsify, or otherwise interfere with copyright notices, trademark notices, proprietary notices, attribution information, ownership information, licensing information, digital-rights-management technologies, access-control technologies, or other indicators of ownership or rights.

Users shall not upload, distribute, publish, transmit, display, store, share, sell, license, promote, or otherwise make available content, materials, software, technologies, media, documents, data, or other resources that infringe or violate the intellectual-property rights or proprietary rights of another person or entity.

Users shall not falsely claim ownership of content, materials, software, educational content, research materials, analyses, articles, videos, graphics, intellectual property, inventions, trademarks, brands, or other works created, owned, licensed, or controlled by another person or entity.

Users shall respect all intellectual-property rights, licensing requirements, usage restrictions, ownership rights, attribution requirements, and proprietary interests applicable to content, materials, technologies, software, services, products, and resources accessed through or associated with the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

1.23: COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION AND COMPETITIVE USE

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem for unauthorized commercial exploitation, competitive purposes, commercial redistribution, commercial resale, commercial licensing, commercial repackaging, commercial reproduction, or other unauthorized commercial activities.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, reselling access to Services, reselling Membership benefits, reselling Certifications, reselling Event access, redistributing premium content, repackaging educational materials, republishing proprietary materials, commercializing Billow Exchange resources, operating unauthorized service bureaus, creating unauthorized commercial offerings based upon Billow Exchange materials, or otherwise deriving unauthorized commercial benefit from the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not utilize content, materials, technologies, software, dashboards, research tools, artificial-intelligence services, educational programs, Membership content, Certification content, Event content, data, analyses, methodologies, workflows, business processes, or other resources obtained through the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to develop, support, market, operate, improve, commercialize, or provide competing products, services, platforms, technologies, educational offerings, research services, artificial-intelligence services, or other competing offerings.

Users shall not copy, reproduce, aggregate, compile, adapt, modify, translate, repackage, rebrand, white-label, commercialize, distribute, sublicense, market, promote, sell, license, or otherwise exploit content, technologies, materials, outputs, resources, or information obtained through the Billow Exchange Ecosystem for commercial gain without authorization.

Users shall not use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to conduct competitive intelligence activities, competitor-development activities, market-replacement activities, platform-replication activities, product-cloning activities, business-model replication activities, or other activities intended to compete with, substitute for, replicate, or commercially exploit the Billow Exchange Ecosystem or its offerings.

Users shall not represent, market, advertise, promote, or offer products, services, technologies, educational programs, research services, artificial-intelligence services, software platforms, or other offerings that incorporate, rely upon, derive from, or substantially utilize Billow Exchange content, technologies, resources, methodologies, analyses, outputs, materials, or proprietary information without appropriate authorization.

Commercial use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem is permitted only to the extent expressly authorized by the applicable Service, Membership, subscription, license, enterprise agreement, written authorization, or other arrangement established by Billow Exchange.

1.24: PLATFORM INTERFERENCE AND SERVICE DISRUPTION

Users shall not interfere with, disrupt, impair, degrade, obstruct, manipulate, overload, destabilize, interrupt, or otherwise negatively affect the operation, availability, performance, functionality, reliability, accessibility, or intended use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, service-disruption activities, platform interference, operational interference, resource-exhaustion activities, infrastructure interference, coordinated disruption campaigns, malicious traffic generation, excessive system utilization, unauthorized system manipulation, feature abuse, functionality abuse, or other activities that adversely affect the operation of Services or the experience of other users.

Users shall not engage in activities designed to interrupt, delay, impair, disable, overwhelm, obstruct, or otherwise interfere with websites, applications, software platforms, dashboards, artificial-intelligence services, APIs, databases, networks, servers, community platforms, Events, Membership services, Certification services, support systems, communication systems, or other components of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not manipulate platform functionality, operational processes, workflows, service features, participation systems, communication systems, engagement systems, reporting systems, moderation systems, support systems, analytics systems, or other platform mechanisms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Users shall not coordinate, organize, encourage, facilitate, promote, support, or participate in activities intended to disrupt Services, interfere with platform operations, impair user experiences, obstruct access, create operational burdens, degrade service quality, or otherwise negatively affect the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not use manual activities, automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, bots, scripts, software tools, third-party services, coordinated groups, or other methods to interfere with the normal operation, availability, functionality, stability, performance, or reliability of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall use the Billow Exchange Ecosystem in a manner consistent with its intended operation and shall not engage in activities that unreasonably interfere with the ability of other users, personnel, systems, technologies, platforms, communities, or Services to function as intended.

1.25: COMMUNITY MANIPULATION AND PLATFORM ABUSE

Users shall not engage in activities intended to manipulate, distort, undermine, exploit, or improperly influence community participation, user engagement, platform activity, system outputs, community discussions, rankings, visibility, metrics, analytics, reviews, ratings, feedback systems, reporting systems, moderation systems, or other aspects of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, coordinated manipulation campaigns, brigading activities, vote manipulation, reaction manipulation, engagement manipulation, artificial amplification, coordinated reporting campaigns, coordinated suppression campaigns, fake reviews, fraudulent testimonials, fabricated feedback, deceptive reputation-building activities, or other conduct intended to create misleading impressions regarding users, content, services, communities, products, or activities.

Users shall not create, operate, control, acquire, purchase, sell, lease, rent, transfer, coordinate, or otherwise utilize fake accounts, duplicate accounts, synthetic identities, deceptive identities, automated accounts, bot accounts, or other accounts intended to manipulate platform activity or circumvent the intended operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not artificially generate views, clicks, impressions, reactions, comments, ratings, reviews, votes, reports, participation metrics, engagement metrics, usage metrics, rankings, visibility indicators, or other measurements through manual coordination, automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, bots, scripts, third-party services, or other deceptive methods.

Users shall not organize, coordinate, encourage, recruit, facilitate, or participate in campaigns intended to influence moderation outcomes, reporting outcomes, enforcement outcomes, community discussions, platform visibility, rankings, user perceptions, business reputations, or other platform activities through deceptive, manipulative, fraudulent, or abusive means.

Users shall not utilize artificial-intelligence systems, automated systems, bots, coordinated groups, third-party services, or other technologies to simulate legitimate participation, create false activity, manufacture community engagement, distort analytics, influence platform behavior, or otherwise interfere with the authentic operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Community participation, reviews, ratings, recommendations, discussions, reports, feedback, reactions, comments, testimonials, and other forms of engagement should reflect genuine user experiences, genuine opinions, genuine interactions, and legitimate participation rather than manipulated, coordinated, deceptive, fraudulent, or artificially generated activity.

1.26: REPORTING SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE CONCERNS

Users are encouraged to promptly report suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, security concerns, compliance concerns, fraud concerns, unauthorized-access concerns, platform-abuse concerns, privacy concerns, intellectual-property concerns, system vulnerabilities, service-disruption concerns, or other activities that may affect the security, integrity, operation, or lawful use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Reports should be made in good faith and should include information reasonably available to the reporting party that may assist in understanding, evaluating, reviewing, investigating, or addressing the reported concern.

Users shall not knowingly submit false reports, fabricated allegations, fraudulent claims, misleading information, falsified evidence, retaliatory complaints, abusive reports, or other communications intended to misuse reporting processes or improperly affect other users, organizations, personnel, communities, platforms, or Services.

Users are encouraged to provide relevant information where available, including descriptions of the issue, affected Services, supporting documentation, screenshots, timestamps, account information, technical details, links, communications, or other information that may assist in evaluating the reported concern.

Users shall not publicly disclose non-public security vulnerabilities, security weaknesses, authentication weaknesses, system flaws, technical deficiencies, exploit methods, attack techniques, or related security information in a manner that may expose users, systems, technologies, Services, or the Billow Exchange Ecosystem to increased risk.

Nothing in this Section authorizes users to conduct security testing, vulnerability testing, penetration testing, system probing, exploit development, vulnerability exploitation, data collection, or other activities that would otherwise violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

1.27: MONITORING, INVESTIGATIONS, AND COMPLIANCE REVIEWS

Billow Exchange may review, monitor, analyze, evaluate, investigate, audit, assess, verify, or otherwise examine activities, accounts, content, communications, transactions, technologies, systems, Services, Memberships, Certifications, Events, subscriptions, platform usage, and other activities relating to the Billow Exchange Ecosystem for purposes including security, compliance, fraud prevention, risk management, operational integrity, community protection, legal compliance, service administration, and enforcement of applicable governance documents.

Investigations and reviews may arise from user reports, automated systems, artificial-intelligence systems, security alerts, compliance reviews, operational reviews, technical reviews, audit activities, platform activity, public information, third-party information, internal observations, or other information reasonably relevant to the operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users may be requested to provide information, documentation, clarification, verification materials, account information, transaction information, supporting records, technical information, identity-verification information, or other information reasonably related to a review, investigation, audit, compliance matter, security matter, or operational matter.

Users shall cooperate with reasonable requests relating to investigations, compliance reviews, security reviews, fraud reviews, operational reviews, account reviews, Membership reviews, Certification reviews, Event reviews, platform reviews, or other matters affecting the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Users shall not conceal information, destroy evidence, provide false information, submit fraudulent documentation, interfere with investigations, obstruct reviews, manipulate review processes, intimidate participants, retaliate against reporting parties, or otherwise attempt to improperly influence investigations, reviews, audits, compliance activities, or related processes.

Billow Exchange may consider information obtained from platform activity, account activity, communications, reports, transactions, technical systems, publicly available information, third-party information, security systems, fraud-detection systems, artificial-intelligence systems, automated systems, audits, reviews, investigations, or other sources reasonably relevant to the matter under review.

Information obtained through monitoring, investigations, audits, reviews, compliance activities, or related processes may be utilized in connection with platform administration, security activities, compliance activities, fraud prevention, risk management, service administration, dispute resolution, enforcement actions, legal matters, regulatory matters, operational activities, or other legitimate business purposes.

1.28: ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS AND REMEDIES

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in administrative, operational, technical, contractual, legal, financial, or other actions deemed appropriate under the circumstances.

Enforcement actions may include, without limitation, warnings, notices, content removal, content restrictions, communication restrictions, feature restrictions, access limitations, account reviews, account restrictions, Membership restrictions, Certification restrictions, Event restrictions, subscription restrictions, service limitations, temporary suspensions, permanent suspensions, termination of access, revocation of privileges, denial of future participation, removal of content, removal of benefits, or other measures relating to the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Where appropriate, Billow Exchange may take action to prevent, limit, mitigate, contain, investigate, address, remedy, or otherwise respond to conduct that violates this Acceptable Use Policy or creates security, operational, legal, compliance, business, reputational, community, technical, financial, or other risks.

Billow Exchange may take action based upon actual violations, attempted violations, suspected violations, patterns of conduct, repeated conduct, coordinated conduct, fraudulent conduct, deceptive conduct, abusive conduct, security concerns, compliance concerns, operational concerns, risk assessments, investigative findings, or other information reasonably relevant to the matter.

Users may be restricted from accessing specific Services, technologies, platforms, communities, Memberships, Certifications, Events, subscriptions, software services, dashboard services, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, content, features, functionality, or other offerings where such restrictions are reasonably related to compliance, security, operational requirements, risk management, or enforcement activities.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may also result in action under the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Digital Product Policy, Membership requirements, Certification requirements, Event requirements, applicable agreements, service-specific terms, or other governance documents applicable to the user's activities.

Certain conduct may be referred to payment processors, platform providers, hosting providers, service providers, professional advisors, insurers, auditors, regulatory authorities, governmental authorities, law-enforcement agencies, courts, arbitrators, or other third parties where appropriate and consistent with applicable law.

The remedies, rights, actions, protections, and enforcement measures described in this Acceptable Use Policy are cumulative and may be exercised individually, collectively, concurrently, or successively as circumstances may require.

1.29: CHANGES TO THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Billow Exchange may modify, amend, update, revise, supplement, replace, restate, discontinue, or otherwise change this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Services, technologies, legal requirements, regulatory requirements, security practices, operational practices, business practices, industry standards, risk considerations, community needs, or other circumstances affecting the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

The most current version of this Acceptable Use Policy will be made available through appropriate Billow Exchange channels, which may include websites, applications, software platforms, Membership platforms, community platforms, dashboards, support resources, legal pages, social-media platforms, or other Services.

Unless otherwise stated by Billow Exchange, changes to this Acceptable Use Policy shall become effective upon publication, posting, updating, replacement, or other publication of the revised version. Different effective dates may apply to particular provisions, Services, technologies, programs, communities, Memberships, Certifications, Events, or categories of users where appropriate.

Users are encouraged to review this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to remain informed regarding applicable restrictions, requirements, prohibited activities, compliance obligations, and other matters relating to the use of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Continued access to, use of, participation in, or interaction with the Billow Exchange Ecosystem following the effective date of an updated Acceptable Use Policy may constitute acknowledgment of, and agreement to, the revised Acceptable Use Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Translations, summaries, notices, educational materials, FAQs, support materials, communications, announcements, and similar materials may be provided for convenience only and shall not modify or supersede this Acceptable Use Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the official United States English-language version of this Acceptable Use Policy shall govern in the event of any conflict, inconsistency, ambiguity, discrepancy, omission, or difference in interpretation between versions of this Acceptable Use Policy.
