No statement contained within this Data Retention Policy should be interpreted as creating a guarantee that any particular category of information will be retained for a specific period of time or permanently deleted after a specific period of time unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Billow Exchange in connection with a particular Service.

Billow Exchange may delete, dispose of, anonymize, aggregate, archive, preserve, or otherwise manage information when such actions are considered appropriate based upon operational requirements, legal obligations, security considerations, technical limitations, business needs, retention schedules, service requirements, or other relevant factors.

Information may be deleted or disposed of through manual processes, automated processes, scheduled retention procedures, system administration activities, account-management processes, data-management practices, security procedures, infrastructure-maintenance activities, or other operational processes utilized throughout the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

The methods used to delete, dispose of, anonymize, aggregate, preserve, archive, or otherwise manage information may vary depending upon the nature of the information, the systems involved, applicable legal requirements, technical capabilities, security considerations, operational needs, contractual obligations, and other relevant circumstances.

Deletion, disposal, anonymization, aggregation, archival, preservation, or other information-management activities may occur at different times across different systems, environments, databases, applications, services, backup systems, storage locations, third-party platforms, or operational processes. As a result, information may not be removed simultaneously from all locations in which it is stored, processed, preserved, archived, maintained, or otherwise managed.

Billow Exchange may provide mechanisms through which eligible individuals may submit requests relating to the deletion, removal, correction, restriction, retention, access, or management of certain information associated with the Services, subject to applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, operational requirements, technical limitations, verification procedures, and other relevant considerations.

Requests relating to information retention, deletion, removal, access, correction, restriction, or related matters may require identity verification, account verification, ownership verification, security reviews, compliance reviews, administrative reviews, legal reviews, or other procedures that Billow Exchange determines are appropriate to protect users, protect the integrity of the Services, prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations, or address operational requirements.

The submission of a request relating to deletion, removal, restriction, retention, or other information-management activities does not guarantee that the requested action will be completed, permitted, available, technically feasible, legally permissible, or immediately implemented. Billow Exchange may deny, limit, delay, modify, or decline requests where necessary to comply with applicable laws, protect security, preserve records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain operational integrity, enforce policies, satisfy contractual obligations, or address other legitimate legal, regulatory, technical, operational, educational, compliance, or business considerations.

Information that has been anonymized, aggregated, archived, incorporated into backup systems, integrated into operational records, associated with legal obligations, or otherwise processed in a manner that limits individual identification may not be subject to the same deletion, removal, correction, restriction, or management procedures that may apply to other categories of information.

Billow Exchange may retain information notwithstanding a deletion request, account closure, Membership cancellation, subscription termination, program completion, Certification expiration, or other user action where retention is necessary, appropriate, or permitted for legal, regulatory, contractual, operational, security, compliance, educational, technical, business, or risk-management purposes.

Information may be retained to comply with applicable laws, regulations, governmental requests, court orders, legal processes, regulatory requirements, audit requirements, recordkeeping obligations, industry standards, contractual commitments, internal governance requirements, or other legal or compliance obligations applicable to the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Billow Exchange may also retain information where necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, policy violations, security incidents, disputes, complaints, claims, chargebacks, litigation, threatened litigation, regulatory inquiries, enforcement matters, account-security concerns, risk-management activities, or other matters affecting users, the Services, third parties, or the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

In certain circumstances, technical limitations, system dependencies, backup architectures, archival systems, disaster-recovery systems, operational requirements, data-integrity considerations, or other technological factors may limit, delay, restrict, or prevent the immediate deletion, removal, modification, or destruction of particular information. In such cases, Billow Exchange may retain information until deletion becomes reasonably practicable, legally permissible, operationally appropriate, or otherwise consistent with applicable retention practices.

Billow Exchange may maintain archived records, backup copies, disaster-recovery data, business-continuity records, anonymized information, aggregated information, statistical information, research data, operational datasets, and other forms of preserved or transformed information associated with the Services.

Archived and backup information may be created, maintained, preserved, replicated, stored, restored, transferred, or processed for purposes including business continuity, disaster recovery, system restoration, security protection, operational resilience, infrastructure management, compliance activities, auditing, record preservation, historical reference, and other legitimate operational, technical, legal, regulatory, educational, security, or business purposes.

Billow Exchange may anonymize, de-identify, aggregate, transform, combine, summarize, model, analyze, or otherwise process information in a manner intended to reduce or eliminate the ability to associate particular information with an identifiable individual. Subject to applicable law, anonymized, de-identified, and aggregated information may be retained, used, disclosed, analyzed, transferred, licensed, shared, published, researched, or otherwise utilized for operational, analytical, educational, research, statistical, product-development, artificial-intelligence, security, compliance, or business purposes.

Archived information, backup information, anonymized information, de-identified information, and aggregated information may be subject to different retention schedules, deletion procedures, management practices, storage methods, access controls, technical limitations, operational requirements, or legal considerations than information maintained within active operational systems.

Billow Exchange may utilize third-party service providers, infrastructure providers, cloud-service providers, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication providers, educational-service providers, artificial-intelligence providers, data-storage providers, security providers, backup providers, content-delivery providers, and other vendors, contractors, partners, or service providers to support the operation of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Information associated with the Services may be stored, processed, transmitted, archived, preserved, retained, replicated, backed up, secured, analyzed, managed, or otherwise handled by third-party systems, platforms, technologies, infrastructure, networks, applications, or service providers that support various aspects of the Services.

The retention, storage, archival, preservation, deletion, disposal, anonymization, aggregation, security, recovery, and management of information may be affected by the practices, capabilities, contractual arrangements, technical limitations, operational requirements, legal obligations, security procedures, or infrastructure characteristics of third-party service providers. As a result, information-retention practices applicable to particular categories of information may not be identical across all systems, services, technologies, providers, environments, or jurisdictions.

While Billow Exchange may implement processes, contractual requirements, security measures, governance standards, or operational controls relating to third-party service providers, Billow Exchange does not guarantee the retention schedules, deletion timelines, archival practices, backup practices, preservation methods, operational procedures, or information-management practices of any third-party provider except as may be expressly required by applicable law or contractual obligation.

Billow Exchange may implement administrative, technical, physical, organizational, contractual, procedural, and operational measures designed to support the security, integrity, availability, preservation, protection, and management of information throughout the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

Such measures may include access controls, authentication procedures, authorization controls, monitoring systems, security reviews, auditing processes, encryption technologies, backup procedures, disaster-recovery processes, business-continuity planning, data-governance practices, incident-response procedures, vendor-management practices, risk-management processes, infrastructure protections, system-maintenance activities, and other safeguards that Billow Exchange determines are appropriate under the circumstances.

The security, preservation, storage, retention, archival, backup, recovery, deletion, disposal, anonymization, aggregation, and management of information may vary depending upon the nature of the information, the Services involved, applicable legal requirements, technical capabilities, operational considerations, security risks, compliance obligations, infrastructure requirements, and other relevant factors.

Although Billow Exchange may implement measures intended to protect information and support information-management activities, no method of storage, transmission, retention, preservation, archival, backup, deletion, disposal, anonymization, aggregation, or information management can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, error-free, immune from failure, or free from unauthorized access, loss, corruption, alteration, destruction, disclosure, misuse, technical malfunction, or other risks.

Billow Exchange may modify, amend, revise, replace, supplement, update, or discontinue this Data Retention Policy at any time in its sole discretion to reflect changes in the Billow Exchange Ecosystem, legal requirements, regulatory developments, industry standards, operational practices, business needs, technologies, security considerations, information-management practices, retention procedures, or other relevant circumstances.

Updated versions of this Data Retention Policy may be published through the Services or made available through other communication channels that Billow Exchange may provide from time to time. The "Last Updated" date appearing within this Data Retention Policy may be revised to reflect the effective date of any changes.

The continued access to or use of any portion of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem following the publication or implementation of an updated Data Retention Policy may constitute acknowledgment of the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users are encouraged to review this Data Retention Policy periodically to remain informed regarding Billow Exchange's information-retention practices.

Nothing in this Section shall obligate Billow Exchange to provide advance notice of every operational, administrative, technical, security, retention, archival, preservation, deletion, disposal, anonymization, aggregation, or information-management change unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Billow Exchange welcomes questions, requests, concerns, feedback, and communications relating to this Data Retention Policy, information-retention practices, record-management practices, deletion requests, archival practices, preservation activities, compliance matters, information-governance matters, security concerns, privacy-related matters, or other topics addressed within this Data Retention Policy.
