Billow Exchange may establish, modify, suspend, replace, update, or discontinue educational programs, courses, learning pathways, Certifications, assessments, examinations, educational requirements, completion standards, grading methodologies, participation requirements, instructional materials, educational resources, or related offerings at any time.

Certifications, certificates, badges, credentials, completion records, educational achievements, participation records, and similar educational recognitions issued by Billow Exchange represent only the successful completion of applicable requirements established by Billow Exchange. Certain educational Digital Products may contain historical information, hypothetical examples, simulations, sample data, case studies, demonstrations, illustrative scenarios, educational exercises, or other instructional materials that are intended solely for educational purposes.

Additional terms, disclosures, requirements, limitations, eligibility criteria, educational standards, Certification requirements, participation rules, or program-specific conditions may apply to particular educational Digital Products and may be provided through supplemental terms, program materials, enrollment materials, Certification requirements, or other applicable governing documents.

Certain Digital Products may be offered through Memberships, subscriptions, community-access programs, premium-access programs, recurring-service offerings, enterprise-access arrangements, or other access models established by Billow Exchange.

Access to certain Digital Products, features, content, resources, communities, Events, Certifications, software tools, dashboards, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, educational programs, or other offerings may require an active Membership, subscription, enrollment, registration, purchase, invitation, approval, or other qualifying access status.

Memberships, subscriptions, and community-access offerings may include varying access levels, benefits, features, permissions, participation opportunities, content availability, usage limits, eligibility requirements, access durations, and service offerings. Voluntarily leaving or disconnecting from a Discord community or other community platform does not, by itself, cancel an active Membership or Subscription, stop recurring billing, terminate payment obligations, or otherwise end the underlying Membership or Subscription. Users who wish to cancel an active Membership or Subscription must complete the applicable cancellation process through the designated account-management, billing, or cancellation method.

Where a user voluntarily leaves or disconnects from a community platform while the underlying Membership or Subscription remains active and in good standing, Billow Exchange may permit the user to reconnect or rejoin through an approved access, verification, invitation, account-linking, or reactivation process. Rejoining or reconnecting does not create a new Membership or Subscription, reset billing or Membership history, restart or extend an existing trial period, or restore previously used free-trial eligibility. Eligibility to reconnect or rejoin may be subject to account verification, Membership or Subscription status, platform availability, compliance history, security review, and other reasonable access requirements established by Billow Exchange.

Additional terms relating to recurring billing, renewals, cancellations, free trials, promotional offers, payment obligations, credits, refunds, and related matters may be governed by the Refund Policy, subscription terms, promotional terms, Membership terms, or other applicable governing documents.

Such outputs may be influenced by algorithms, automated systems, machine-learning models, user inputs, third-party technologies, available data sources, technical limitations, and other factors.

Software-based Digital Products may require internet access, compatible devices, supported browsers, supported operating systems, supported applications, third-party services, user accounts, authentication systems, integrations, software updates, or other technical requirements in order to function properly.

Unless otherwise expressly stated by Billow Exchange, downloadable Digital Products are licensed and not sold. The availability of a download option, local-storage functionality, offline-access feature, printable format, export feature, or similar capability does not transfer ownership of the applicable Digital Product or any intellectual-property rights associated with it.

Users may access, download, store, print, or maintain local copies of Digital Products solely to the extent permitted by the applicable license, product description, subscription level, Membership level, service-specific terms, enterprise agreement, or other applicable governing documents.

The availability, quantity, format, duration, quality, accessibility, retention period, storage options, export functionality, download limits, and offline-access capabilities of downloadable Digital Products may vary depending upon the specific product, technology, service tier, subscription level, Membership level, licensing arrangement, or other applicable access model.

Participation in beta programs, pilot programs, early-access programs, testing initiatives, evaluation programs, or other Experimental Products does not create any obligation for Billow Exchange to continue, release, commercialize, support, maintain, expand, improve, or make generally available any Experimental Product, feature, functionality, technology, service, or offering.

Future product descriptions, product roadmaps, feature announcements, development plans, promotional materials, demonstrations, previews, concepts, prototypes, statements of intent, or discussions regarding potential products or features are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute commitments, guarantees, promises, representations, or obligations regarding future availability, functionality, release dates, specifications, pricing, or product development outcomes.

Billow Exchange may provide Digital Products through third-party websites, applications, software platforms, communication systems, community platforms, mobile applications, event platforms, cloud environments, APIs, integrations, marketplaces, distribution channels, or other technologies that are owned, operated, maintained, or controlled by third parties.

The availability, functionality, performance, reliability, security, accessibility, compatibility, content, features, integrations, services, technologies, and operational status of third-party platforms and services may change from time to time and may be subject to limitations, restrictions, interruptions, outages, modifications, suspensions, discontinuations, policy changes, pricing changes, technical requirements, or operational decisions made by the applicable third parties.

Certain Digital Products may require users to maintain accounts with third-party providers, accept third-party terms, satisfy third-party eligibility requirements, utilize third-party software, install third-party applications, maintain active subscriptions, or otherwise comply with requirements established by applicable third-party providers.

Billow Exchange does not control and is not responsible for the products, services, content, policies, practices, availability, security, performance, reliability, decisions, actions, omissions, or operational activities of third-party providers.

Third-party providers may independently collect, process, store, transfer, analyze, use, disclose, retain, or otherwise handle information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, data practices, operational procedures, and legal obligations. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms, policies, notices, disclosures, and requirements of third-party providers they choose to utilize in connection with Digital Products.

The availability of certain Digital Products, features, functionality, integrations, content, community access, Event participation, artificial-intelligence services, software tools, dashboards, research tools, APIs, mobile applications, or related offerings may depend upon the continued availability and operation of third-party platforms and services.

Third-party relationships, technologies, vendors, providers, integrations, and operational dependencies may change over time as the Billow Exchange Ecosystem evolves, expands, replaces technologies, adopts new platforms, develops new partnerships, or modifies existing business and operational relationships.

Additional terms, disclosures, requirements, restrictions, licenses, permissions, eligibility requirements, or technical requirements may apply where Digital Products interact with or depend upon third-party platforms, technologies, software, applications, or services.

Access to and use of Digital Products may require compatible devices, hardware, software, operating systems, browsers, internet connectivity, applications, integrations, authentication systems, communications systems, security configurations, and other technical resources.

The technical requirements applicable to a Digital Product may vary depending upon the nature of the product, the technologies utilized, the user's geographic location, the user's device configuration, third-party dependencies, subscription level, Membership level, enterprise arrangement, platform requirements, or other operational considerations.

Users are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, updating, securing, and operating the devices, equipment, software, internet services, communication services, authentication methods, applications, browser versions, operating systems, and technical environments necessary to access and utilize applicable Digital Products.

Certain Digital Products may function differently across devices, operating systems, browsers, applications, geographic regions, languages, accessibility technologies, integrations, network environments, or technical configurations. Features, functionality, content, interfaces, performance, availability, visual presentation, user experiences, and product capabilities may vary among different technical environments.

Billow Exchange may establish minimum technical requirements, supported-device requirements, browser requirements, operating-system requirements, application requirements, integration requirements, security requirements, connectivity requirements, or other technical standards for particular Digital Products.

The availability of certain Digital Products, features, functionality, integrations, software tools, dashboards, artificial-intelligence services, research tools, mobile applications, downloadable resources, or other offerings may depend upon compatibility with specific technologies, supported environments, or technical configurations.

Users are responsible for reviewing applicable technical requirements, compatibility requirements, product specifications, documentation, support materials, and service descriptions before purchasing, subscribing to, registering for, downloading, accessing, or utilizing Digital Products.

Technical requirements, supported devices, supported browsers, supported operating systems, supported applications, integration requirements, and compatibility standards may evolve over time as technologies develop, products are updated, security requirements change, industry standards evolve, or new Digital Products are introduced.

Additional technical requirements, compatibility standards, operational requirements, support limitations, device requirements, software requirements, or implementation requirements may apply to particular Digital Products and may be described in product documentation, service descriptions, support materials, technical documentation, enterprise agreements, or other applicable governing documents.

Billow Exchange may implement and utilize monitoring systems, security systems, authentication systems, access controls, verification procedures, fraud-prevention measures, compliance tools, analytical tools, logging systems, audit systems, automated technologies, artificial-intelligence systems, and other technologies designed to protect the security, integrity, functionality, availability, intellectual property, business operations, and lawful use of Digital Products.

Billow Exchange may monitor, review, analyze, investigate, verify, audit, log, record, or otherwise evaluate activity relating to Digital Products for operational, security, compliance, fraud-prevention, quality-assurance, technical-support, product-improvement, risk-management, legal, regulatory, business, or enforcement purposes.

Such activities may include the review of account activity, authentication activity, access activity, usage patterns, subscription activity, Membership activity, download activity, device activity, technical information, system interactions, security events, transaction activity, participation activity, API activity, artificial-intelligence usage, community activity, Event participation, and other interactions relating to Digital Products.

Billow Exchange may utilize automated systems, algorithms, artificial-intelligence technologies, security tools, fraud-detection systems, anomaly-detection systems, compliance systems, moderation systems, and related technologies to identify unauthorized access, credential sharing, suspicious activity, excessive usage, prohibited conduct, technical issues, security threats, policy violations, fraud risks, operational concerns, or other matters relating to Digital Products.

Users may be required to provide information, documentation, confirmations, identity-verification information, eligibility-verification information, account-verification information, ownership-verification information, or other materials reasonably requested by Billow Exchange in connection with investigations, reviews, compliance efforts, security matters, fraud-prevention activities, account-verification processes, or related operational activities.

Billow Exchange may implement access limitations, usage limitations, download limitations, rate limits, authentication requirements, verification procedures, participation controls, security requirements, technical safeguards, monitoring measures, or other protective mechanisms relating to Digital Products.

Nothing in this Section obligates Billow Exchange to monitor all activity, investigate all reports, detect all violations, identify all security issues, prevent all unauthorized conduct, or take any particular enforcement action in response to any activity, event, report, concern, or circumstance.

Additional monitoring practices, security measures, access controls, compliance requirements, verification procedures, operational safeguards, technical controls, or enforcement mechanisms may be implemented as part of the ongoing operation, protection, and administration of Digital Products.

Billow Exchange reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, disable, deny, revoke, terminate, or otherwise modify access to Digital Products, in whole or in part, where Billow Exchange determines that such action is appropriate for operational, security, compliance, legal, technical, business, risk-management, community-management, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

  • Access to Digital Products may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for reasons including, without limitation:

  • Violations of this Digital Product Policy, the Terms of Use, or other applicable governing documents;

  • Violations of applicable laws, regulations, court orders, governmental requirements, or legal obligations;

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, harmful, or suspicious activity;

  • Credential sharing, unauthorized account access, unauthorized transfers of access rights, or unauthorized use of Digital Products;

  • Circumvention of security measures, access controls, usage limitations, subscription controls, Membership controls, or other protective mechanisms;

  • Payment disputes, chargebacks, payment failures, billing irregularities, or transaction-related concerns;

  • Security incidents, cybersecurity risks, technical threats, platform abuse, or activities that may compromise the integrity or security of Digital Products;

  • Violations of community standards, participation requirements, Event requirements, Certification requirements, eligibility requirements, or other applicable program requirements;

  • Operational, technical, business, regulatory, contractual, licensing, or compliance considerations; or

  • Any other circumstances that Billow Exchange reasonably determines may adversely affect the security, integrity, availability, operation, users, business interests, technologies, intellectual property, communities, or Digital Products of Billow Exchange.

Suspension, restriction, or termination may apply to specific Digital Products, specific features, specific services, specific accounts, specific communities, specific Certifications, specific Events, specific subscriptions, specific Memberships, specific technologies, or the Billow Exchange Ecosystem as a whole.

Where reasonably practicable and appropriate under the circumstances, Billow Exchange may provide notice regarding a suspension, restriction, or termination. However, Billow Exchange reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice where it determines that immediate action is necessary or appropriate.

Suspension, restriction, or termination of access to one Digital Product does not create any obligation for Billow Exchange to provide substitute products, substitute services, substitute access rights, replacement benefits, compensation, credits, refunds, or alternative offerings except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under applicable governing documents.

Users remain responsible for obligations, liabilities, commitments, representations, warranties, restrictions, limitations, and other provisions that, by their nature, survive the suspension, restriction, expiration, cancellation, or termination of access to Digital Products.

Additional consequences, remedies, restrictions, enforcement measures, rights, obligations, or procedures relating to suspension, restriction, or termination may be governed by the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, Membership terms, subscription terms, Event terms, Certification requirements, or other applicable governing documents.

Billow Exchange continually evaluates its Digital Products, technologies, services, educational offerings, software platforms, Membership programs, subscriptions, Certifications, community offerings, Events, research tools, artificial-intelligence services, and related offerings as part of the ongoing operation and development of the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.

As a result, Billow Exchange may discontinue, retire, sunset, replace, consolidate, migrate, merge, rebrand, restructure, archive, remove, cease offering, or otherwise eliminate Digital Products, features, functionality, content, services, technologies, integrations, programs, offerings, or related components.

The decision to discontinue a Digital Product may be based upon business considerations, operational requirements, technological developments, security concerns, regulatory requirements, legal considerations, licensing considerations, vendor relationships, product strategy, user demand, resource allocation, technical limitations, product evolution, market conditions, or other factors determined by Billow Exchange.

Discontinuation may apply to an entire Digital Product or to specific features, functionality, content libraries, educational materials, Certifications, Membership benefits, subscription benefits, software modules, dashboards, research tools, artificial-intelligence services, integrations, APIs, community features, Event offerings, or other components of a Digital Product.

Where Billow Exchange determines it is appropriate, Digital Products may be replaced by successor products, alternative services, updated technologies, revised programs, redesigned platforms, consolidated offerings, or other replacement solutions. Billow Exchange is not obligated to provide replacement products, replacement services, replacement functionality, replacement content, replacement technologies, or successor offerings when a Digital Product is discontinued.

The timing, scope, implementation, and manner of any discontinuation may vary depending upon the Digital Product involved, operational considerations, technical requirements, legal obligations, contractual requirements, security considerations, or other relevant circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, Billow Exchange may provide notice regarding the discontinuation of a Digital Product. However, Billow Exchange reserves the right to discontinue Digital Products without advance notice where circumstances make immediate action necessary or appropriate.

The discontinuation of a Digital Product does not create any obligation for Billow Exchange to maintain legacy versions, preserve historical functionality, continue supporting discontinued technologies, retain archived content, provide ongoing access, provide migration assistance, provide replacement offerings, or otherwise continue making the discontinued Digital Product available except where required by applicable law or an applicable written agreement.

Billow Exchange may offer Digital Products to users located in multiple jurisdictions, countries, territories, regions, and markets throughout the world. However, not all Digital Products, features, functionality, services, technologies, content, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, Events, software tools, dashboards, research tools, artificial-intelligence services, community offerings, or related resources will necessarily be available in all locations.

The availability of Digital Products may vary based upon geographic location, jurisdiction, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, licensing requirements, contractual obligations, sanctions programs, export-control requirements, technology restrictions, infrastructure limitations, operational considerations, business decisions, language availability, market conditions, or other factors determined by Billow Exchange.

Certain Digital Products may be restricted, unavailable, limited, modified, localized, adapted, delayed, suspended, withdrawn, or otherwise treated differently in particular jurisdictions, countries, territories, regions, or markets.

Users are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of Digital Products complies with applicable laws, regulations, governmental requirements, court orders, industry requirements, contractual obligations, and other legal requirements applicable to their jurisdiction.

Billow Exchange may implement geographic restrictions, location-based limitations, jurisdiction-specific requirements, eligibility requirements, verification procedures, technical controls, compliance measures, or other mechanisms designed to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, operational, or business requirements.

Certain Digital Products may be available only in specific languages, may be translated into selected languages, or may utilize localized content, interfaces, communications, educational materials, support resources, technologies, or user experiences. The availability, accuracy, quality, completeness, formatting, functionality, and consistency of translated or localized Digital Products may vary.

Users may access Digital Products through technologies, infrastructure, communication networks, internet providers, mobile carriers, devices, operating systems, platforms, applications, or services that are subject to local limitations, restrictions, interruptions, governmental controls, censorship measures, technical constraints, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Billow Exchange.

Additional jurisdiction-specific disclosures, requirements, limitations, eligibility standards, compliance obligations, consumer notices, regulatory disclosures, supplemental terms, or legal requirements may apply to certain Digital Products and may be provided through separate notices, supplemental terms, localized materials, or other applicable governing documents.

Digital Products are provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Billow Exchange does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any Digital Product will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, reliable, current, compatible, accessible, successful, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from defects, vulnerabilities, delays, omissions, inaccuracies, interruptions, or technical issues.

Billow Exchange does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that Digital Products will satisfy the requirements, expectations, objectives, preferences, business goals, educational goals, financial goals, professional goals, technical requirements, operational needs, or desired outcomes of any user.

Billow Exchange does not warrant that Digital Products will remain available for any particular period of time, that any feature or functionality will continue to exist, that any content will remain accessible, or that any Digital Product will continue to be offered in its current form.

Billow Exchange does not warrant that Digital Products will operate properly on every device, browser, operating system, application, network, integration, platform, accessibility technology, language configuration, geographic location, or technical environment.

Billow Exchange does not warrant that any artificial-intelligence service, software application, dashboard, research tool, Certification, educational program, Membership, subscription, Event, community feature, downloadable resource, or other Digital Product will produce accurate results, desired outcomes, successful performance, or any particular benefit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all representations, warranties, guarantees, conditions, undertakings, and assurances of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, contractual, regulatory, or otherwise, are expressly disclaimed, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, availability, compatibility, performance, quality, or results.

Nothing in this Section limits any rights, remedies, warranties, guarantees, consumer protections, or other legal protections that cannot be lawfully excluded, disclaimed, or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Billow Exchange and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, service providers, contractors, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, penalties, judgments, or other consequences arising from or relating to Digital Products, including their access, use, unavailability, performance, functionality, content, operation, modification, suspension, restriction, discontinuation, or termination.

Without limitation, Billow Exchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, enhanced, reliance, business, commercial, economic, reputational, operational, educational, professional, technical, or other damages arising from or relating to Digital Products, regardless of the legal theory asserted and regardless of whether Billow Exchange was advised of the possibility of such damages.

The limitations and exclusions contained in this Digital Product Policy are cumulative of, and in addition to, any limitations of liability, disclaimers, exclusions, releases, waivers, protections, defenses, remedies, or risk allocations contained in the Terms of Use and other applicable governing documents.

Nothing in this Section shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Billow Exchange may modify, update, revise, amend, supplement, replace, or otherwise change this Digital Product Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Billow Exchange Ecosystem, Digital Products, technologies, business operations, legal requirements, regulatory developments, industry practices, operational needs, product offerings, or other relevant circumstances.
