This Refund Policy explains Billow Exchange's policies, standards, procedures, and practices relating to refunds, credits, cancellations, reversals, adjustments, and refund-related requests throughout the Billow Exchange Ecosystem.
This Refund Policy applies to www.BillowExchange.com and all related websites, applications, software, educational programs, Certifications, community platforms, Events, artificial-intelligence services, dashboards, research tools, Memberships, subscriptions, APIs, mobile applications, social-media accounts, Discord communities, content, materials, products, services, and other offerings made available by Billow Exchange (collectively, the "Services").
This Refund Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Digital Product Policy, and any other applicable governance documents, agreements, disclosures, or supplemental terms that may apply to particular Services or offerings.
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time in accordance with its terms. Translations and localized versions may be provided for convenience only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the official United States English-language version shall govern and control in the event of any conflict, inconsistency, ambiguity, discrepancy, omission, or difference in interpretation between the English-language version and any translated or localized version of this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy explains the rules, procedures, limitations, and conditions governing refund requests, cancellations, credits, billing adjustments, purchase disputes, and related matters involving products, services, subscriptions, Memberships, Certifications, Events, software tools, digital products, and other offerings made available by Billow Exchange and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, brands, platforms, and related business operations (collectively, "Billow Exchange," "we," "us," or "our").
Billow Exchange operates as a global education technology company that may provide educational programs, courses, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, community platforms, Discord communities, software applications, dashboards, artificial-intelligence systems, research tools, mobile applications, APIs, Events, enterprise services, downloadable products, digital content, and other products or services now existing or developed in the future.
The purpose of this Refund Policy is to establish a consistent framework for evaluating refund requests while balancing the interests of users, customers, participants, Members, subscribers, enterprise clients, and Billow Exchange. Because many Billow Exchange offerings consist of digital products, educational services, software access, community access, research materials, Certifications, subscription services, and other intangible products that may be delivered immediately upon purchase, activated electronically, consumed digitally, copied, downloaded, streamed, accessed, or otherwise utilized after purchase, refund eligibility may vary depending upon the specific product, service, transaction, circumstances, applicable law, and other relevant factors.
This Refund Policy is intended to provide transparency regarding how Billow Exchange evaluates refund requests, cancellation requests, credits, billing disputes, and related matters. Not all purchases are eligible for refunds, and refund eligibility may differ among products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, software tools, enterprise offerings, promotional programs, and other offerings.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where appropriate, to deny refund requests that do not satisfy the requirements of this Refund Policy, to provide alternative remedies where appropriate, and to comply with applicable legal obligations that may apply in certain jurisdictions.
This Refund Policy is designed to support Billow Exchange's current operations and future expansion into additional products, services, technologies, platforms, business lines, geographic regions, and customer segments. Accordingly, references throughout this Refund Policy to products, services, content, software, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, communities, Events, tools, platforms, applications, APIs, enterprise offerings, and digital products shall be interpreted broadly to include both current and future offerings unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users are encouraged to carefully review this Refund Policy before making purchases, subscribing to services, enrolling in programs, registering for Events, purchasing Certifications, obtaining Memberships, accessing software tools, or otherwise engaging in transactions involving Billow Exchange offerings.
This Refund Policy forms part of the broader legal, operational, and governance framework governing access to and use of Billow Exchange products, services, platforms, content, technologies, and offerings. This Refund Policy should be read together with the Billow Exchange Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Accessibility Policy, and any other policies, disclosures, agreements, notices, guidelines, rules, standards, or governance documents that may apply to specific products, services, programs, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, Events, software tools, community platforms, enterprise services, or other offerings.
By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, registering for, enrolling in, participating in, or otherwise obtaining any Billow Exchange product, service, Membership, Certification, subscription, Event, software tool, digital product, community access, enterprise service, or other offering, users acknowledge and agree that this Refund Policy applies in conjunction with all other applicable governing documents.
Additional policies, disclosures, agreements, or program-specific terms may apply to certain products, services, technologies, platforms, jurisdictions, or business lines. Such documents may include, without limitation, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policies, AI Tools and Services Policies, Subscription and Membership Policies, Certification Policies, Event Terms and Participation Policies, Copyright and Intellectual Property Policies, API Terms, Enterprise Service Agreements, Mobile Application Terms, educational program rules, promotional terms, and other supplemental governance documents that Billow Exchange may adopt from time to time.
In the event that a specific product, service, Membership, Certification, subscription, Event, enterprise engagement, promotional offering, or other offering is accompanied by separate written refund terms, cancellation terms, purchase terms, program terms, enterprise agreements, order forms, statements of work, promotional terms, or other transaction-specific documentation, those more specific provisions may supplement or modify this Refund Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the Billow Exchange Terms of Use shall remain the primary governing agreement between users and Billow Exchange. This Refund Policy supplements, but does not replace, modify, limit, waive, or supersede any provisions contained within the Terms of Use except where expressly stated.
If any provision of this Refund Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, consumer protection obligation, regulatory requirement, court order, governmental directive, or other applicable law, the applicable law shall control only to the extent required. All remaining provisions of this Refund Policy shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Billow Exchange may operate globally and may offer products, services, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, software tools, digital products, Events, enterprise services, and other offerings across multiple jurisdictions. Certain refund rights, cancellation rights, cooling-off periods, consumer protections, disclosure requirements, and statutory remedies may vary based upon a user's location, governing law, applicable regulations, transaction type, payment method, or other factors. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, or limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Users acknowledge and agree that this Refund Policy should be interpreted consistently with the overall Billow Exchange governance framework and that all applicable policies and agreements collectively govern the relationship between users and Billow Exchange.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases, transactions, subscriptions, enrollments, registrations, payments, fees, charges, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, access rights, licenses, services, and other commercial activities involving products, services, content, technologies, platforms, and offerings made available by Billow Exchange, whether provided directly by Billow Exchange or through affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, authorized partners, service providers, payment processors, distributors, marketplaces, application stores, or other approved channels.
Without limitation, this Refund Policy may apply to educational programs, courses, lessons, training materials, Certifications, credentials, assessments, examinations, Memberships, subscriptions, premium content, downloadable products, digital products, software applications, dashboards, research tools, artificial-intelligence systems, watchlists, scanners, alerts, reports, market research materials, community access, Discord communities, forums, networking platforms, mentorship programs, Events, webinars, workshops, seminars, conferences, mobile applications, APIs, enterprise services, consulting services, corporate training programs, licensing arrangements, bundled offerings, promotional offerings, and any other products or services currently offered or developed in the future.
This Refund Policy applies regardless of whether access is provided through websites, web applications, mobile applications, desktop applications, community platforms, communication platforms, APIs, software interfaces, third-party integrations, digital delivery systems, enterprise environments, physical venues, virtual Events, hybrid Events, or other distribution methods.
The applicability of this Refund Policy may vary depending upon the nature of the product or service purchased, the method of delivery, the timing of access, the manner in which the offering is consumed, applicable legal requirements, the terms accompanying a specific offering, and other relevant circumstances. Certain products, services, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, Events, enterprise engagements, promotional offerings, software tools, or digital products may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, limitations, exclusions, restrictions, cancellation procedures, refund conditions, or transaction-specific terms.
This Refund Policy applies to both individual consumers and business customers unless a separate written agreement expressly governs the transaction. Enterprise customers, corporate clients, institutional customers, educational institutions, strategic partners, resellers, affiliates, government entities, and other organizations may be subject to additional contractual provisions, negotiated terms, order forms, statements of work, service agreements, enterprise agreements, licensing agreements, or other written arrangements that supplement or modify portions of this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy applies to both one-time purchases and recurring billing arrangements, including subscriptions, Memberships, installment plans, payment plans, recurring service agreements, automatically renewing services, and other ongoing commercial relationships offered by Billow Exchange.
This Refund Policy is intended to apply broadly to the Billow Exchange Ecosystem and should be interpreted to include future technologies, products, services, business models, monetization methods, delivery mechanisms, payment structures, commercial offerings, and operational activities that may not be specifically identified within this Refund Policy but are reasonably related to Billow Exchange products, services, platforms, technologies, or business operations.
Certain transactions may be processed through third-party platforms, payment processors, application stores, marketplaces, distribution partners, event providers, software providers, or other external services. In such circumstances, additional third-party terms, procedures, refund rules, cancellation policies, payment requirements, dispute-resolution processes, or platform-specific restrictions may apply in addition to this Refund Policy.
Billow Exchange operates as an education technology company that provides educational content, learning resources, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, software tools, dashboards, research materials, community platforms, Events, artificial-intelligence systems, and related products and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Billow Exchange does not provide investment advisory services, broker-dealer services, financial planning services, legal services, tax services, accounting services, employment services, career-placement services, fiduciary services, or other regulated professional services.
Users acknowledge and agree that Billow Exchange offerings are intended for educational, informational, research, training, community, networking, productivity, analytical, and related purposes. Participation in educational programs, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, Events, communities, software tools, research platforms, artificial-intelligence systems, dashboards, APIs, or other offerings does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, achievement, level of knowledge, skill development, Certification success, investment performance, financial return, trading profitability, employment opportunity, business opportunity, professional advancement, personal achievement, or other benefit.
Billow Exchange does not guarantee that any user will successfully complete a course, obtain a Certification, pass an examination, achieve educational objectives, improve investment performance, improve trading results, generate profits, avoid losses, secure employment, grow a business, achieve professional recognition, develop specific skills, or obtain any other desired outcome. Individual results may vary significantly based upon numerous factors beyond the control of Billow Exchange.
Users further acknowledge and agree that educational content, Certifications, software tools, dashboards, artificial-intelligence outputs, research materials, watchlists, scanners, alerts, rankings, scores, reports, analyses, community discussions, mentorship activities, networking opportunities, Events, webinars, workshops, support communications, and other Billow Exchange offerings may not align with a user's expectations, preferences, goals, objectives, learning style, experience level, market views, business plans, financial circumstances, personal circumstances, or desired outcomes.
Refund requests shall not be granted solely because a user is dissatisfied with market outcomes, investment outcomes, trading outcomes, financial outcomes, business outcomes, educational outcomes, Certification outcomes, community interactions, networking results, software outputs, artificial-intelligence outputs, research findings, opinions expressed by other users, personal expectations, subjective preferences, or the absence of a particular result, achievement, benefit, or outcome.
Users acknowledge that many Billow Exchange offerings involve subjective educational experiences, evolving technologies, research-based information, community interactions, analytical tools, artificial-intelligence systems, and other resources whose value may vary among individuals. Differences in user satisfaction, opinions, expectations, interpretations, experiences, preferences, learning styles, skill levels, objectives, or perceived usefulness do not necessarily constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, or other remedies.
Users are encouraged to carefully evaluate products, services, Certifications, Memberships, subscriptions, Events, software tools, educational programs, and other offerings before making purchasing decisions and to review all applicable descriptions, disclosures, eligibility requirements, system requirements, policies, and governing documents prior to purchase.
Billow Exchange recognizes that situations may arise in which users request refunds, credits, billing adjustments, cancellations, or other remedies related to purchases, subscriptions, Memberships, Certifications, Events, software tools, digital products, educational programs, community access, enterprise services, and other offerings. This Section establishes the general principles that govern how such requests are evaluated.
Refund eligibility is not automatic and shall be determined based upon the specific product or service involved, the nature of the transaction, the timing of the request, the extent of product delivery or access, the circumstances surrounding the request, applicable transaction terms, applicable law, and other relevant factors. Different products, services, Memberships, Certifications, subscriptions, Events, software tools, enterprise services, and digital offerings may be subject to different refund standards, eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations, review procedures, or remedies.
Because many Billow Exchange offerings are digital, subscription-based, electronically delivered, immediately accessible, downloadable, streamable, license-based, community-based, or otherwise intangible in nature, refund eligibility may be limited after access has been granted, delivery has occurred, content has been viewed, materials have been downloaded, accounts have been activated, community access has been provided, Certifications have been issued, Events have been attended, software access has been enabled, or other forms of fulfillment have occurred.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis where appropriate and may consider factors including, without limitation, purchase history, account activity, timing of the request, extent of product usage, delivery status, account standing, prior refund history, evidence submitted by the user, technical issues, fraud indicators, abuse concerns, applicable legal requirements, and other relevant circumstances.
In certain situations, Billow Exchange may elect, in its sole discretion and without creating any obligation to do so in future cases, to provide alternative remedies instead of monetary refunds. Such remedies may include account credits, service credits, replacement access, rescheduled Events, alternative products, subscription adjustments, billing corrections, extensions of access periods, technical assistance, account corrections, goodwill accommodations, or other solutions deemed appropriate under the circumstances.
Refund eligibility may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
-
Whether the product or service has been delivered, activated, accessed, downloaded, streamed, consumed, completed, redeemed, attended, or otherwise utilized;
-
Whether community access, Membership benefits, Certification access, software access, dashboard access, API access, Event participation, or other benefits have already been provided;
-
Whether the request involves a subscription renewal, recurring billing cycle, promotional offer, discounted purchase, bundle, package, installment plan, enterprise agreement, or customized service;
-
Whether the transaction was processed through Billow Exchange directly or through a third-party platform, marketplace, application store, Event provider, payment processor, or distribution partner;
-
Whether the transaction is subject to legal requirements, consumer-protection regulations, cooling-off periods, statutory rights, or jurisdiction-specific obligations;
-
Whether evidence exists of fraud, abuse, policy violations, unauthorized activity, chargeback abuse, excessive refund requests, account manipulation, credential sharing, or other conduct that may affect eligibility.
-
Billow Exchange reserves all rights to approve, deny, limit, condition, defer, investigate, or otherwise review refund requests consistent with this Refund Policy, applicable agreements, operational requirements, security considerations, fraud-prevention efforts, and applicable law.
Many Billow Exchange offerings consist of digital products, downloadable materials, electronically delivered content, software-based resources, digital assets, educational materials, research materials, templates, guides, recordings, documents, reports, datasets, media files, software components, artificial-intelligence outputs, and other intangible products that may be delivered electronically or made available through online access.
Users acknowledge and agree that digital products differ fundamentally from physical goods. Once delivered, accessed, downloaded, copied, streamed, viewed, activated, redeemed, exported, transferred to a user device, or otherwise made available for use, digital products generally cannot be returned in the same manner as physical products. As a result, refund eligibility for digital products may be limited or unavailable after fulfillment has occurred.
For purposes of this Refund Policy, fulfillment may occur when a digital product is made available for download, delivered electronically, unlocked within an account, transmitted through a platform, accessed through a website or application, provided through a third-party service, delivered by email, granted through a Membership or subscription, made available through a community platform, activated within a software environment, or otherwise made accessible to the user.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, expressly stated in a separate written agreement, or specifically provided within the terms accompanying a particular offering, digital products may be considered fulfilled upon delivery or access and may become non-refundable once fulfillment has occurred.
Examples of digital products that may be subject to limited or no refund eligibility after fulfillment include, without limitation:
-
Downloadable educational materials;
-
Digital guides, reports, templates, worksheets, and resources;
-
Recorded courses, lessons, workshops, webinars, and training materials;
-
Research reports, analyses, market intelligence, and informational content;
-
Downloadable software components, scripts, tools, integrations, or utilities;
-
Digital media files, recordings, presentations, documents, and publications;
-
Artificial-intelligence-generated outputs or downloadable content;
-
Digital assets, resources, and supplemental educational materials;
-
Access credentials, activation codes, redemption codes, licenses, or access keys;
-
Other downloadable or electronically delivered products offered by Billow Exchange.
Refund requests involving digital products may be reviewed based upon factors including delivery status, download status, access records, activation status, account activity, technical issues, fulfillment records, evidence provided by the user, and other relevant circumstances.
Billow Exchange may, but is not obligated to, provide refunds, credits, replacement access, corrected files, technical support, redelivery, alternative materials, or other accommodations where a digital product cannot reasonably be accessed due to verified technical failures attributable to Billow Exchange.
Users are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility requirements, system requirements, access requirements, supported devices, supported platforms, language availability, accessibility information, and other relevant details before completing a purchase. Refund requests based solely upon unsupported devices, unsupported software, unsupported operating systems, unsupported browsers, unsupported regions, unsupported integrations, user configuration issues, user misunderstandings, personal preferences, changes in circumstances, or failure to review product information may not qualify for refunds.
Billow Exchange may offer educational programs, courses, lessons, training materials, learning pathways, workshops, seminars, masterclasses, educational series, instructional content, professional-development programs, continuing-education materials, onboarding programs, corporate training programs, certification-preparation programs, and other educational offerings (collectively, "Educational Programs").
Educational Programs may be delivered through websites, learning-management systems, mobile applications, community platforms, video platforms, webinars, live sessions, downloadable materials, software tools, artificial-intelligence systems, digital resources, third-party platforms, in-person instruction, virtual Events, hybrid Events, or other delivery methods determined by Billow Exchange.
Users acknowledge and agree that Educational Programs may consist of digital content, instructional materials, downloadable resources, recorded lessons, live instruction, assessments, exercises, discussions, community participation, assignments, demonstrations, software access, research materials, artificial-intelligence tools, Certifications, or other educational components. Access to any portion of an Educational Program may constitute partial or complete fulfillment of the purchased offering depending upon the circumstances.
Refund eligibility for Educational Programs may depend upon factors including:
-
Whether access has been granted;
-
Whether course materials have been viewed, streamed, downloaded, accessed, or completed;
-
Whether lessons, modules, assessments, assignments, examinations, or activities have been accessed or completed;
-
Whether downloadable materials, resources, templates, reports, or supplemental content have been provided;
-
Whether community access, Membership benefits, live sessions, mentorship opportunities, networking opportunities, or related benefits have been made available;
-
Whether Certifications, certificates of completion, credentials, badges, transcripts, records, or other recognition have been issued;
-
Whether the Educational Program is self-paced, instructor-led, cohort-based, subscription-based, bundled, customized, or enterprise-focused;
-
Whether the request is subject to applicable legal requirements or transaction-specific terms.
Users acknowledge that educational value is inherently subjective and may vary among individuals. Differences in learning styles, skill levels, expectations, preferences, prior experience, personal circumstances, available study time, engagement levels, educational objectives, or perceived usefulness shall not, by themselves, create an entitlement to a refund.
Refund requests shall not be granted solely because a user:
-
Did not complete an Educational Program;
-
Did not achieve a desired educational outcome;
-
Did not obtain a desired Certification result;
-
Did not achieve a desired financial, investment, trading, career, business, or professional outcome;
-
Did not dedicate sufficient time to the Educational Program;
-
Disagreed with instructional methods, educational approaches, research conclusions, opinions, examples, demonstrations, case studies, or educational content;
-
Experienced a change in personal circumstances, goals, interests, priorities, or preferences after purchase.
Billow Exchange may, in its sole discretion, review requests involving verified technical failures, duplicate purchases, billing errors, enrollment mistakes, administrative errors, access issues attributable to Billow Exchange, or other exceptional circumstances. In such situations, Billow Exchange may elect to provide refunds, credits, replacement access, corrected enrollment records, extensions, transfers, alternative educational resources, or other accommodations deemed appropriate.
Certain Educational Programs may be accompanied by separate enrollment agreements, program-specific refund terms, cohort rules, enterprise agreements, promotional terms, Certification requirements, completion requirements, attendance requirements, or other program-specific documentation. Where applicable, such terms may supplement or modify portions of this Refund Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Billow Exchange may offer Memberships, subscriptions, recurring services, premium access programs, community access programs, software subscriptions, dashboard subscriptions, research subscriptions, artificial-intelligence tool subscriptions, Certification subscriptions, enterprise subscriptions, bundled services, and other recurring billing arrangements (collectively, "Subscriptions").
Subscriptions may be offered on monthly, annual, multi-year, installment-based, usage-based, consumption-based, prepaid, promotional, introductory, trial-based, discounted, grandfathered, founding-member, enterprise, institutional, or other billing structures determined by Billow Exchange.
By purchasing or enrolling in a Subscription, users authorize Billow Exchange and its payment providers to charge applicable recurring fees, taxes, transaction amounts, renewal charges, upgrades, downgrades, plan modifications, usage charges, and other amounts associated with the selected Subscription plan in accordance with the applicable terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled by the user or terminated by Billow Exchange in accordance with applicable agreements and policies. Users are responsible for managing their Subscription settings and submitting cancellation requests before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue receiving access during future billing periods.
Cancellation of a Subscription generally prevents future recurring billing but does not automatically entitle a user to a refund of fees already paid. Except where required by applicable law, cancellation requests typically become effective at the conclusion of the current billing period, and users may continue to receive access to Subscription benefits through the end of the paid period unless otherwise specified.
Because Subscription offerings frequently involve immediate access to digital products, Membership benefits, community platforms, software tools, dashboards, research materials, Certifications, artificial-intelligence systems, premium content, APIs, Events, networking opportunities, educational resources, and other ongoing services, fees paid for active billing periods may be non-refundable once access has been granted and Subscription benefits have been made available.
Refund requests involving Subscriptions may be evaluated based upon factors including:
-
The date of purchase or renewal;
-
Whether access has been granted or utilized;
-
Whether Subscription benefits have been made available;
-
Whether community access, Membership benefits, dashboard access, software access, artificial-intelligence access, Certification access, Event benefits, research access, API access, or other benefits have been provided;
-
Whether the request relates to an initial purchase, renewal, upgrade, downgrade, promotional offer, discounted plan, trial conversion, enterprise arrangement, or special pricing program;
-
Whether technical issues, billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, administrative errors, or exceptional circumstances are involved;
-
Applicable legal requirements and jurisdiction-specific consumer protections.
Users acknowledge and agree that failure to use a Subscription, failure to access available services, inactivity, lack of participation, dissatisfaction with outcomes, changes in personal circumstances, changes in financial circumstances, changes in interests, scheduling conflicts, relocation, device changes, business decisions, market conditions, educational outcomes, investment outcomes, trading outcomes, or similar circumstances shall not, by themselves, create an entitlement to a refund.
Billow Exchange may offer special Membership categories, founding-member programs, promotional pricing, grandfathered pricing, loyalty programs, beta-access programs, early-access programs, bundled plans, or other limited offerings. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, eligibility for refunds relating to such programs shall remain subject to this Refund Policy and any applicable promotional terms.
Where Billow Exchange provides free trials, introductory access periods, evaluation periods, beta-access periods, promotional access periods, or similar programs, users may be required to cancel before the conclusion of the applicable trial period in order to avoid recurring charges. Failure to cancel prior to the applicable deadline may result in conversion to a paid Subscription in accordance with the terms presented at enrollment.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to modify Subscription plans, Membership structures, pricing models, included features, available benefits, access levels, platform functionality, service offerings, supported technologies, billing practices, and program structures in accordance with applicable agreements and governing policies. Such changes shall not automatically create a right to a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly provided by Billow Exchange.
Where Billow Exchange offers installment plans, payment plans, deferred-payment arrangements, or similar financing structures, users remain responsible for satisfying applicable payment obligations in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of access, termination of benefits, revocation of Certifications, restriction of services, acceleration of outstanding balances where permitted by applicable agreements, or other actions consistent with applicable terms. Cancellation of access to a product, service, Membership, subscription, Certification Program, or other offering does not automatically relieve a user of previously incurred payment obligations.
Billow Exchange may, from time to time, offer free trials, introductory access periods, evaluation periods, beta-access programs, promotional offers, discounts, coupons, referral incentives, loyalty incentives, special pricing programs, founding-member programs, early-access opportunities, bundled promotions, limited-time offers, scholarship programs, pilot programs, marketing campaigns, or other promotional arrangements (collectively, "Promotional Programs").
Promotional Programs may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, participation conditions, limitations, restrictions, expiration dates, usage requirements, geographic limitations, account requirements, verification requirements, purchase requirements, billing requirements, or other terms established by Billow Exchange at the time the promotion is offered.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Promotional Programs shall be governed by this Refund Policy, the Terms of Use, and any applicable promotional terms presented at the time of enrollment, registration, purchase, activation, or participation.
Users acknowledge and agree that promotional pricing, discounted pricing, introductory pricing, founding-member pricing, grandfathered pricing, loyalty pricing, bundled pricing, scholarship pricing, beta pricing, trial pricing, and similar pricing arrangements may be offered as limited opportunities based upon business considerations, marketing objectives, early participation, community growth initiatives, testing programs, product launches, strategic objectives, or other factors determined by Billow Exchange.
Eligibility for refunds involving Promotional Programs may differ from eligibility applicable to standard purchases. Certain Promotional Programs may be designated as final sale, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, limited in duration, limited in quantity, or otherwise subject to specific restrictions disclosed at the time of the offer.
Where Billow Exchange provides a free trial, introductory access period, evaluation period, beta-access period, or similar opportunity, users may be required to cancel prior to the expiration of the applicable trial period in order to avoid recurring charges. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, users who fail to cancel before the applicable deadline may be charged the then-current Subscription fee, Membership fee, renewal fee, or other applicable charge associated with the selected offering.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Billow Exchange, free trials are limited to one free trial per eligible person. Cancellation or early termination of a free trial, voluntary departure from or disconnection from a community platform, expiration of access, or later rejoining, reconnecting, renewing, or resubscribing does not restore or reset free-trial eligibility. A user who has previously used a free trial may be required to begin any subsequent Membership or Subscription on a paid basis without another trial period.
Voluntarily leaving or disconnecting from a Discord community or other community platform does not, by itself, constitute cancellation of an active Membership or Subscription, stop recurring billing, or terminate payment obligations. Users who wish to stop future renewals must complete the applicable cancellation process through the designated account-management, billing, or cancellation method.
Participation in a free trial, beta program, evaluation program, introductory access program, or promotional offering does not guarantee future pricing, continued access, feature availability, service availability, renewal eligibility, promotional eligibility, or entitlement to special pricing in future periods.
Billow Exchange may offer Founding Member programs, charter member programs, pioneer member programs, early-adopter programs, grandfathered pricing arrangements, or similar initiatives that provide special pricing, enhanced benefits, recognition, access privileges, promotional advantages, or other incentives. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, such programs shall remain subject to this Refund Policy and may be modified, discontinued, suspended, terminated, or replaced in accordance with applicable agreements and governing documents.
Users acknowledge and agree that promotional discounts, coupon codes, referral incentives, loyalty incentives, account credits, bonus access periods, complimentary benefits, bundled benefits, and similar incentives generally have no independent cash value unless expressly stated otherwise by Billow Exchange. Refunds, where approved, may be calculated based upon the actual amount paid by the user rather than the stated retail value of products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, or other benefits received through a Promotional Program.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to deny, revoke, suspend, cancel, adjust, recover, or invalidate Promotional Program benefits where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, unauthorized activity, payment irregularities, policy violations, exploitation of promotional systems, misuse of discounts, or other conduct that Billow Exchange reasonably determines is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Promotional Program.
Promotional Programs may be limited by jurisdiction, age, eligibility criteria, legal requirements, regulatory requirements, technical requirements, language availability, product availability, business considerations, operational constraints, or other factors. Billow Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, extend, replace, or terminate Promotional Programs at any time unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Participation in a Founding Member program, charter member program, pioneer member program, grandfathered pricing arrangement, early-adopter program, or similar initiative does not guarantee perpetual availability of any specific feature, benefit, platform component, technology, service level, business model, pricing structure, Membership structure, Subscription structure, product offering, operational model, or future development initiative unless expressly provided in a separate written agreement.
Billow Exchange may offer Certifications, credentials, certificates of completion, educational designations, badges, assessments, examinations, evaluations, testing programs, qualification programs, learning validations, competency reviews, professional-development recognitions, educational achievement programs, and other completion-based offerings (collectively, "Certification Programs").

Users acknowledge and agree that Certification Programs may involve substantial administrative, operational, technological, instructional, evaluative, verification, credentialing, and recordkeeping activities that may begin before, during, or immediately after enrollment, registration, payment, scheduling, examination access, or participation.
Refund eligibility for Certification Programs may depend upon factors including:
-
Whether enrollment has been completed;
-
Whether examination access has been granted;

Users acknowledge that enrollment in a Certification Program does not guarantee successful completion, passage of an examination, issuance of a credential, attainment of a designation, professional recognition, educational advancement, employment opportunities, career advancement, business opportunities, investment success, trading success, financial outcomes, or any other result.
Refund requests shall not be granted solely because a user:
-
Fails an examination, assessment, evaluation, project, assignment, or review process;

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, expressly stated in separate written terms, or approved by Billow Exchange in its discretion, Certification-related fees may become non-refundable once examination access, assessment access, credentialing activities, grading activities, review processes, identity verification processes, administrative processing, Certification issuance procedures, or other program-related fulfillment activities have begun.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to deny, suspend, revoke, invalidate, withhold, rescind, refuse to issue, or otherwise take action concerning Certifications, credentials, designations, badges, completion records, or related recognitions where permitted by applicable agreements, Certification requirements, governing policies, security requirements, fraud-prevention measures, quality-control procedures, legal requirements, or operational needs. Such actions shall not automatically create an entitlement to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Billow Exchange.
Certification Programs may be modified, updated, replaced, expanded, consolidated, renamed, retired, suspended, discontinued, or otherwise changed over time. Billow Exchange reserves the right to revise Certification requirements, examination standards, eligibility requirements, competency standards, renewal requirements, continuing-education requirements, scoring methodologies, credential structures, program content, administrative procedures, technological requirements, or related aspects of Certification Programs in accordance with applicable agreements and policies.

Users who are suspended, restricted, removed, banned, terminated, muted, limited, or otherwise subject to enforcement actions due to violations of applicable agreements or policies shall not automatically become entitled to refunds, credits, Membership extensions, or other remedies.
Community Platforms may evolve over time. Billow Exchange reserves the right to add, remove, modify, reorganize, replace, rename, suspend, discontinue, merge, separate, restrict, expand, or otherwise change community features, channels, discussion areas, Events, communication systems, networking opportunities, moderation practices, technologies, participation requirements, and platform structures in accordance with applicable agreements and operational requirements.

Users acknowledge and agree that Event-related costs, planning activities, venue commitments, staffing commitments, technology resources, speaker arrangements, scheduling commitments, administrative expenses, production expenses, security requirements, licensing requirements, travel arrangements, and operational preparations may occur before an Event takes place. As a result, refund eligibility may vary depending upon the nature of the Event, the timing of the request, Event-specific terms, operational considerations, and other relevant circumstances.
Refund requests involving Events may be evaluated based upon factors including:
-
Whether the Event has already occurred;
-
Whether the Event has been attended, accessed, viewed, streamed, participated in, or otherwise utilized;
-
Whether Event materials, recordings, resources, credentials, access links, tickets, passes, invitations, schedules, or related benefits have been provided;

Changes involving speakers, presenters, instructors, schedules, agendas, session topics, panel participants, technologies, venues, Event formats, or related Event components shall not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, suspend, interrupt, or cancel Events where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, legal requirements, regulatory requirements, venue issues, technology failures, staffing issues, speaker availability, low participation levels, force majeure events, public-health concerns, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disruptions, infrastructure failures, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond Billow Exchange's reasonable control.
Where Billow Exchange elects to cancel an Event, Billow Exchange may determine, in its discretion and subject to applicable law and Event-specific terms, whether to provide refunds, credits, transfers, replacement access, rescheduled attendance opportunities, substitute Events, Event recordings, alternative benefits, or other accommodations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Billow Exchange is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging expenses, transportation costs, meals, visa expenses, passport expenses, opportunity costs, lost income, incidental expenses, consequential expenses, third-party fees, or other costs incurred by users in connection with Event attendance, participation, registration, scheduling, postponement, relocation, modification, interruption, or cancellation.
Certain Events may be subject to separate Event registration agreements, Event participation terms, venue rules, security requirements, attendance policies, Certification requirements, enterprise agreements, promotional terms, speaker agreements, sponsor requirements, or other Event-specific documentation. Billow Exchange may require additional information, clarification, verification, documentation, proof of purchase, proof of identity, proof of account ownership, technical diagnostics, payment verification, fraud-prevention verification, security verification, or other supporting materials before completing its review.

Submission of a refund request does not suspend payment obligations, Subscription obligations, Membership obligations, contractual obligations, renewal obligations, enterprise obligations, or other responsibilities unless expressly approved by Billow Exchange in writing.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval, create an entitlement to a refund, pause account activity, preserve access rights, prevent renewals, extend service periods, delay enforcement actions, or otherwise alter the terms governing the applicable product, service, Membership, subscription, Certification, Event, Enterprise Service, or transaction.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to decline requests that:
-
Cannot be reasonably verified;

Billow Exchange may consider the extent to which a product, service, Membership, subscription, Certification Program, Event, software tool, digital product, community offering, Enterprise Service, or other offering has been fulfilled, delivered, accessed, activated, utilized, attended, completed, consumed, downloaded, or otherwise made available when evaluating refund requests.
Approved refunds may require a reasonable period to process and may be subject to payment-processor timelines, banking timelines, card-network procedures, marketplace procedures, application-store procedures, tax-processing requirements, governmental requirements, and other operational factors outside the direct control of Billow Exchange.
Certain products, services, transactions, fees, purchases, charges, programs, benefits, and offerings may be designated as non-refundable, final sale, limited-refund, or otherwise subject to refund restrictions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Billow Exchange may elect to provide goodwill accommodations, courtesy adjustments, exception-based remedies, promotional accommodations, customer-service accommodations, or other discretionary resolutions in situations where Billow Exchange determines that such accommodations are appropriate. Such accommodations are voluntary in nature and shall not create an obligation to provide similar accommodations in future situations.

Cancellation procedures may vary depending upon the nature of the product, service, Membership, subscription, Certification Program, Event, Enterprise Service, software tool, platform offering, payment method, distribution channel, third-party provider, or other circumstances associated with the transaction.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, cancellation generally prevents future obligations, future renewals, or future recurring charges after the effective cancellation date but does not automatically entitle a user to a refund, credit, reimbursement, prorated adjustment, or reversal of charges previously incurred.
Where recurring billing arrangements are involved, users are responsible for submitting cancellation requests before the applicable renewal date, billing date, renewal deadline, notice period, or cancellation deadline. Failure to cancel before the applicable deadline may result in renewal charges, continuation of services, continuation of Membership benefits, continuation of Subscription benefits, or continuation of access in accordance with applicable terms.
Users remain responsible for charges incurred prior to the effective date of cancellation, including charges associated with active billing periods, completed transactions, delivered services, provided benefits, fulfilled obligations, activated products, or other completed activities.
Billow Exchange may establish cancellation deadlines, notice periods, enrollment deadlines, Event deadlines, Certification deadlines, renewal deadlines, transfer deadlines, withdrawal deadlines, administrative procedures, verification procedures, or other operational requirements applicable to specific offerings.
Certain offerings may be designated as non-cancelable, subject to minimum commitment periods, subject to contract terms, subject to seat commitments, subject to licensing commitments, subject to project milestones, subject to implementation schedules, subject to Event requirements, or otherwise governed by special cancellation rules disclosed at the time of purchase, enrollment, registration, activation, or participation.
Users acknowledge that cancellation of a Membership, subscription, Certification Program, Event registration, software service, Enterprise Service, educational program, or other offering may result in:
-
Loss of access to content;
-
Loss of access to community features;
-
Loss of access to software tools;
-
Loss of access to dashboards;
-
Loss of access to artificial-intelligence tools;
-
Loss of access to research materials;
-
Loss of access to Certifications or Certification-related resources;
-
Loss of Membership benefits;
-
Loss of Subscription benefits;
-
Loss of discounts or grandfathered pricing;
-
Loss of promotional benefits;
-
Loss of accumulated account privileges;
-
Other consequences associated with termination of access.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, terminate, decline to renew, or discontinue access to products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, Enterprise Services, software tools, community platforms, dashboards, APIs, artificial-intelligence systems, or other offerings where permitted by applicable agreements, operational requirements, security requirements, legal requirements, fraud-prevention efforts, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policies, Terms of Use, Enterprise Agreements, or other governing documents.
Termination, suspension, restriction, removal, enforcement actions, moderation actions, account limitations, or access revocations resulting from violations of applicable agreements, policies, rules, standards, legal requirements, or security requirements shall not automatically create an entitlement to refunds, credits, reimbursements, access restoration, Membership extensions, Subscription extensions, or other remedies.
Where products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Enterprise Services, software tools, or platform offerings are purchased through third-party providers, application stores, marketplaces, payment processors, resellers, distributors, or other external services, cancellation procedures may be subject to additional third-party requirements, restrictions, deadlines, and processes.
Billow Exchange encourages users to contact Billow Exchange directly regarding billing concerns, payment disputes, transaction questions, technical issues, account issues, duplicate charges, suspected unauthorized activity, or other transaction-related concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, bank reversal, credit-card dispute, payment investigation, or similar action through a financial institution, payment processor, card network, marketplace, application store, or third-party payment provider.
Users acknowledge that chargebacks and payment disputes are intended to address legitimate issues such as fraud, unauthorized transactions, billing errors, processing errors, or other valid disputes. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals should not be used as substitutes for cancellation procedures, refund requests, customer-service inquiries, policy disagreements, dissatisfaction with outcomes, disagreements regarding platform features, disagreements regarding educational content, disagreements regarding community experiences, or other matters that can reasonably be addressed through Billow Exchange's support and refund-review processes.
Upon receiving notice of a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, fraud claim, or related investigation, Billow Exchange may review transaction records, account activity, access logs, communications, fulfillment records, enrollment records, Event records, Membership records, Subscription records, Certification records, technical records, fraud-prevention records, security records, and other relevant information in order to investigate and respond to the matter.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to provide relevant transaction information, account information, access records, billing records, delivery records, participation records, communications, verification records, and other information reasonably necessary to contest, defend, investigate, respond to, or resolve a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud claim, unauthorized-transaction claim, or related proceeding.
Where permitted by applicable law and applicable agreements, Billow Exchange may suspend, restrict, limit, terminate, or revoke access to products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, community platforms, software tools, dashboards, APIs, artificial-intelligence systems, Enterprise Services, accounts, or related benefits while chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud investigations, unauthorized-transaction investigations, or related matters remain unresolved.
If a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, fraud claim, unauthorized-transaction claim, or similar action results in reversal of funds previously received by Billow Exchange, Billow Exchange reserves the right to recover unpaid amounts, reverse credits, revoke access, terminate services, suspend accounts, cancel benefits, withhold Certifications, decline future purchases, restrict payment methods, or pursue other remedies available under applicable agreements and applicable law.
Users acknowledge that initiation of a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, fraud claim, or related action does not automatically establish entitlement to a refund, does not establish wrongdoing by Billow Exchange, and does not prevent Billow Exchange from exercising its rights under applicable agreements, policies, or legal requirements.
Where Billow Exchange determines that a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud claim, unauthorized-transaction claim, or related action was initiated in bad faith, involved materially inaccurate information, involved abuse of payment systems, involved attempts to avoid legitimate payment obligations, involved policy violations, or otherwise lacked a reasonable basis, Billow Exchange reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:
-
Denial of future refund requests;
-
Suspension of accounts;
-
Termination of accounts;
-
Revocation of Memberships;
-
Revocation of Subscription benefits;
-
Restriction of platform access;
-
Restriction of purchasing privileges;
-
Restriction of payment methods;
-
Recovery of administrative costs where permitted by law;
-
Other actions permitted under applicable agreements and governing policies.
Users are responsible for safeguarding payment methods, account credentials, authentication information, devices, access credentials, and account security measures. Failure to maintain reasonable account security may affect Billow Exchange's ability to investigate and resolve claims involving alleged unauthorized activity.
Claims involving suspected unauthorized transactions, compromised accounts, stolen payment methods, identity theft, account compromise, fraudulent activity, or related security incidents should be reported to Billow Exchange promptly so that appropriate security measures, investigations, and account protections may be implemented.
Billow Exchange may offer products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, software tools, community access, Enterprise Services, digital products, and other offerings to users located in multiple jurisdictions throughout the world. As a result, transactions may involve varying currencies, tax obligations, payment methods, payment processors, financial institutions, regulatory requirements, and local legal considerations.
Prices displayed by Billow Exchange may be presented in one or more currencies and may be subject to taxes, duties, levies, assessments, governmental charges, payment-processing fees, currency-conversion costs, banking fees, transaction fees, or other charges depending upon the user's location, payment method, financial institution, payment provider, applicable law, and other relevant factors.
Users are responsible for reviewing applicable pricing information, currency information, tax information, payment information, billing disclosures, and transaction details before completing a purchase, enrollment, registration, Subscription, Membership, Certification Program, Event registration, Enterprise Service engagement, or other transaction.
Where currency conversion occurs, exchange rates may be determined by payment processors, financial institutions, card issuers, banks, marketplaces, application stores, payment networks, or other third parties. Billow Exchange does not control exchange-rate fluctuations, conversion methodologies, banking practices, financial-institution fees, card-network fees, or similar third-party charges.
Refunds, where approved, may be issued in the original transaction currency, the currency required by the applicable payment provider, or another currency permitted by the applicable payment processor, financial institution, marketplace, application store, or payment method. The amount ultimately received by a user may differ from the original amount paid due to exchange-rate fluctuations, conversion fees, banking fees, card-network fees, intermediary fees, taxes, governmental charges, or other factors outside the direct control of Billow Exchange.
Billow Exchange is not responsible for losses, differences, fees, costs, or adjustments resulting from:
-
Currency-conversion fluctuations;
-
Exchange-rate changes;
-
Banking fees;
-
Payment-processing fees;
-
Card-network fees;
-
Financial-institution fees;
-
International transaction fees;
-
Cross-border processing fees;
-
Intermediary fees;
-
Governmental assessments;
-
Tax obligations;
-
Import duties;
-
Withholding requirements;
-
Regulatory charges;
-
Similar third-party costs or adjustments.
Tax treatment may vary by jurisdiction, transaction type, product type, customer classification, legal requirements, and other factors. Billow Exchange may collect, remit, report, withhold, calculate, estimate, or otherwise administer taxes where required by applicable law, but users remain responsible for understanding and complying with their own tax obligations arising from purchases, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, Enterprise Services, digital products, or other transactions.
Where taxes, governmental fees, duties, assessments, or similar charges have already been remitted to governmental authorities, recovery, refundability, adjustment, or credit treatment may be subject to applicable legal requirements, governmental procedures, payment-provider requirements, accounting requirements, or other constraints beyond the direct control of Billow Exchange.
Transactions processed through third-party payment processors, financial institutions, marketplaces, application stores, resellers, distributors, Event providers, Enterprise Service providers, or other intermediaries may be subject to additional billing practices, refund procedures, tax procedures, currency procedures, processing requirements, timing requirements, and operational limitations imposed by such third parties.
Users acknowledge that processing times for refunds, credits, reversals, adjustments, charge corrections, payment investigations, banking transactions, and related financial activities may vary depending upon payment processors, banks, financial institutions, card networks, marketplaces, application stores, government authorities, tax authorities, regulatory requirements, and other third parties involved in the transaction process.
Billow Exchange products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, software tools, mobile applications, digital products, Enterprise Services, community access, and other offerings may be distributed, sold, delivered, promoted, administered, hosted, processed, facilitated, integrated, or otherwise made available through third-party platforms, marketplaces, application stores, payment processors, Event providers, resellers, distributors, affiliates, technology providers, implementation partners, enterprise partners, educational partners, and other external service providers (collectively, "Third-Party Providers").
Users acknowledge that transactions involving Third-Party Providers may be subject to additional agreements, terms of service, billing policies, refund procedures, cancellation procedures, payment requirements, platform rules, operational requirements, privacy practices, security practices, technical limitations, and other conditions established by the applicable Third-Party Provider.
Where a purchase, subscription, Membership, Event registration, Certification enrollment, mobile application purchase, Enterprise Service engagement, software license, digital product purchase, or other transaction is processed through a Third-Party Provider, the applicable Third-Party Provider may retain authority over certain aspects of the transaction, including:
-
Billing administration;
-
Payment processing;
-
Refund processing;
-
Chargeback handling;
-
Subscription management;
-
Renewal management;
-
Cancellation procedures;
-
Tax administration;
-
Currency conversion;
-
Purchase verification;
-
Identity verification;
-
Platform access;
-
Account management;
-
Transaction records;
-
Other operational functions.
In certain circumstances, Billow Exchange may be unable to issue refunds, reverse charges, cancel transactions, modify subscriptions, adjust billing records, or otherwise administer aspects of a transaction that are controlled by a Third-Party Provider. Users may be required to follow the procedures, policies, timelines, and requirements established by the applicable Third-Party Provider in order to request refunds, cancellations, credits, billing adjustments, account changes, subscription changes, or other transaction-related remedies.
Billow Exchange is not responsible for the policies, practices, decisions, actions, omissions, delays, limitations, technical issues, billing practices, refund determinations, cancellation procedures, payment-processing activities, tax administration practices, security practices, operational procedures, or business decisions of Third-Party Providers.
Refund eligibility may be affected by:
-
The platform through which the transaction was processed;
-
The payment method used;
-
Third-Party Provider requirements;
-
Marketplace requirements;
-
Application-store requirements;
-
Event-provider requirements;
-
Reseller requirements;
-
Distributor requirements;
-
Enterprise-partner requirements;
-

-
Other third-party operational constraints.
Users are responsible for reviewing applicable third-party terms, purchase conditions, refund policies, cancellation policies, billing disclosures, subscription terms, marketplace rules, application-store requirements, Event registration terms, and related documentation before completing transactions involving Third-Party Providers.
Billow Exchange may rely upon information, transaction records, billing records, purchase records, verification records, access records, communications, and determinations provided by Third-Party Providers when evaluating refund requests, billing disputes, account issues, transaction investigations, fraud claims, or other transaction-related matters.
The involvement of a Third-Party Provider does not automatically create additional refund rights, cancellation rights, credits, remedies, guarantees, warranties, or obligations beyond those established by applicable agreements, applicable Third-Party Provider terms, and applicable law.
Billow Exchange strives to provide reliable access to its products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, software tools, dashboards, artificial-intelligence systems, research tools, APIs, community platforms, educational programs, mobile applications, Enterprise Services, and other offerings. However, technical issues, service interruptions, compatibility limitations, maintenance activities, security events, third-party disruptions, and other operational circumstances may occasionally affect access to or use of Billow Exchange offerings.
Users acknowledge that access to digital products and online services may depend upon numerous factors outside the direct control of Billow Exchange, including internet connectivity, device compatibility, operating systems, browsers, mobile devices, application-store availability, telecommunications providers, hosting providers, cloud-service providers, data providers, artificial-intelligence providers, third-party integrations, payment processors, enterprise systems, and other external technologies.
Refund requests involving technical issues, access problems, service interruptions, outages, performance concerns, software errors, integration issues, account-access issues, authentication issues, platform availability concerns, or related matters may be evaluated based upon factors including:
-
The nature and severity of the issue;
-

-
Whether benefits remained available through other means;
-
Whether the issue materially affected the purchased offering;
-
Other relevant technical and operational considerations.
Users are encouraged to report technical issues promptly and to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting, diagnostic, verification, testing, security, support, and remediation efforts. Billow Exchange may request screenshots, error messages, system information, device information, browser information, account information, logs, diagnostic information, or other materials reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve reported issues.
Refund requests shall not be based solely upon:
-
Temporary outages;
-
Scheduled maintenance;
-
Routine updates;
-
Software updates;
-
Platform upgrades;
-
Feature changes;
-
Device incompatibilities not disclosed by Billow Exchange;
-
Unsupported hardware;
-
Unsupported software;
-
Unsupported browsers;
-
Unsupported operating systems;
-
User configuration issues;
-
User network issues;
-
Internet-service-provider issues;
-
Third-party service failures outside the reasonable control of Billow Exchange;
-
User failure to follow documented requirements, instructions, or system requirements.
Billow Exchange may implement maintenance windows, security updates, infrastructure upgrades, platform migrations, software updates, feature releases, bug fixes, performance improvements, architectural changes, service modifications, or other operational activities that may temporarily affect availability, performance, access, functionality, or user experience.
Certain products and services may be provided through evolving technologies, including artificial-intelligence systems, APIs, research platforms, dashboards, integrations, mobile applications, beta features, experimental features, or third-party technologies. Users acknowledge that such technologies may occasionally experience interruptions, limitations, inaccuracies, delays, compatibility issues, performance variations, or other operational challenges.
Where Billow Exchange determines that a verified technical issue materially affected access to a purchased product or service, Billow Exchange may consider remedies such as access restoration, account corrections, service extensions, replacement access, alternative access methods, credits, billing adjustments, technical assistance, or other accommodations deemed appropriate under the circumstances.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to prioritize security, platform integrity, system stability, fraud prevention, data protection, legal compliance, infrastructure protection, service continuity, and operational reliability when responding to technical incidents, outages, security events, service interruptions, and platform issues.
Billow Exchange recognizes that billing mistakes, payment-processing issues, duplicate transactions, administrative errors, technical billing issues, account-management errors, and similar situations may occasionally occur despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate systems and records.
Users are encouraged to review transaction confirmations, invoices, receipts, billing statements, Subscription records, Membership records, Event registrations, Certification enrollments, account records, and payment notifications and to promptly report suspected billing issues, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, administrative errors, or payment irregularities.
Refund requests involving duplicate purchases, duplicate charges, duplicate renewals, administrative errors, processing errors, pricing errors, payment-processing issues, account-assignment errors, enrollment errors, registration errors, billing-system errors, or related issues may be reviewed based upon available records, transaction history, account activity, fulfillment records, communications, payment records, and other relevant information.

Billow Exchange reserves the right to investigate reported errors before implementing corrections and may request supporting documentation, transaction records, payment confirmations, account information, communications, screenshots, or other information reasonably necessary to verify the matter.
Not all multiple purchases constitute duplicate purchases. Users who intentionally purchase multiple licenses, multiple seats, multiple Event registrations, multiple Certifications, multiple Memberships, multiple subscriptions, bundled offerings, gifts, team-access packages, enterprise licenses, or other intentionally purchased offerings may not qualify for duplicate-purchase remedies solely because multiple purchases occurred.
Users acknowledge that prompt reporting of suspected billing errors, duplicate charges, pricing issues, administrative errors, or processing irregularities may assist Billow Exchange in investigating and resolving such matters more efficiently.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to correct clerical errors, accounting errors, invoicing errors, pricing errors, transaction-record errors, administrative mistakes, system errors, data-entry errors, billing-system issues, and similar mistakes where reasonably necessary to maintain accurate records, platform integrity, financial accuracy, and operational consistency.
Billow Exchange is committed to maintaining fair, consistent, secure, and sustainable refund-review processes for all users, customers, Members, subscribers, Certification participants, Event participants, enterprise customers, and other stakeholders. To protect the integrity of its products, services, platforms, communities, payment systems, Certification programs, and refund processes, Billow Exchange reserves the right to investigate and address suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, misconduct, policy violations, and misuse of refund-related systems.
Refund requests, chargebacks, payment disputes, account activities, purchases, Membership activities, Subscription activities, Certification activities, Event participation, platform usage, community participation, and related conduct may be reviewed for evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized activity, policy violations, or other improper conduct.

Billow Exchange may cooperate with payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, marketplaces, application stores, Event providers, Enterprise customers, governmental authorities, regulatory authorities, law-enforcement authorities, fraud-prevention providers, security providers, and other relevant parties where reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, address, respond to, or resolve fraud, abuse, payment issues, security concerns, policy violations, or related matters.
The existence of an investigation does not imply wrongdoing by any party. Billow Exchange reserves the right to make determinations based upon available information, reasonable business judgment, operational requirements, contractual obligations, security considerations, and applicable legal requirements.

Users acknowledge that access to a product or service does not guarantee perpetual access to any specific feature, interface, technology, methodology, content structure, integration, data source, platform component, design element, workflow, functionality, or implementation approach unless expressly provided in a separate written agreement.
Billow Exchange may modify pricing, Membership structures, Subscription plans, licensing models, packaging structures, feature availability, service offerings, usage limitations, access levels, promotional programs, and commercial terms for future purchases, future renewals, future enrollments, future registrations, future transactions, or future customers. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, such changes shall not obligate Billow Exchange to provide refunds, credits, reimbursements, retroactive pricing adjustments, or compensation relating to prior purchases.
Billow Exchange may also suspend, discontinue, retire, sunset, merge, replace, or otherwise cease offering specific products, services, features, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, software tools, dashboards, APIs, research tools, artificial-intelligence systems, community platforms, or other offerings where reasonably necessary due to business considerations, operational considerations, legal requirements, security requirements, technological changes, vendor relationships, product strategy, market conditions, or other circumstances.
Where Billow Exchange elects to discontinue a product, service, feature, platform, Membership, Subscription, Certification Program, Enterprise Service, or other offering, Billow Exchange may determine, in its discretion, whether to provide transition periods, replacement services, migration options, substitute offerings, access periods, credits, accommodations, or other transition measures based upon the circumstances involved.
Users are encouraged to evaluate Billow Exchange offerings based upon their current features, capabilities, benefits, and terms rather than expectations regarding future development, future features, future functionality, future integrations, future content, future technologies, future products, or future business initiatives.
Billow Exchange may transfer, assign, license, reorganize, migrate, consolidate, separate, merge, acquire, sell, divest, restructure, or otherwise modify products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Enterprise Services, technologies, platforms, business operations, customer relationships, intellectual property, assets, or related activities in connection with mergers, acquisitions, investments, financing transactions, asset sales, reorganizations, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, business transfers, or similar transactions. Such activities shall not automatically create an entitlement to refunds, credits, reimbursements, or other remedies.
Billow Exchange evaluates refund requests in accordance with this Refund Policy, applicable agreements, transaction-specific terms, operational requirements, business considerations, security considerations, fraud-prevention measures, and applicable legal requirements. Users acknowledge and agree that submission of a refund request does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund, credit, reimbursement, exchange, billing adjustment, cancellation remedy, goodwill accommodation, or other form of relief.
Refund eligibility may vary significantly depending upon the nature of the product, service, Membership, subscription, Certification Program, Event, software tool, dashboard, artificial-intelligence system, community platform, Enterprise Service, digital product, promotional offering, transaction structure, fulfillment status, account history, and other relevant circumstances.
The existence of a refund process, refund-review procedure, support process, billing-review process, dispute-resolution process, or customer-service process does not guarantee that a refund will be granted. Billow Exchange reserves the right to review requests individually and to determine the appropriate resolution based upon the facts and circumstances of each matter.
Refund determinations may differ among transactions that appear similar because circumstances may vary, including differences in product usage, fulfillment status, account activity, transaction history, contractual obligations, technical considerations, fraud-prevention concerns, supporting documentation, timing of requests, legal requirements, operational considerations, and other relevant factors.
Billow Exchange may, where appropriate, provide full refunds, partial refunds, credits, account adjustments, billing corrections, access extensions, replacement services, substitute offerings, Event transfers, alternative remedies, goodwill accommodations, or other resolutions. The availability and appropriateness of any remedy shall be determined based upon the circumstances involved.
Users acknowledge that certain products, services, Memberships, subscriptions, Certifications, Events, Enterprise Services, software tools, digital products, community offerings, promotional programs, and related transactions may be designated as non-refundable, final sale, subject to special conditions, subject to transaction-specific requirements, or otherwise limited with respect to refund eligibility.
The approval of a refund, credit, accommodation, exception, courtesy adjustment, goodwill gesture, or other remedy in one situation shall not establish a precedent, create a continuing obligation, modify this Refund Policy, waive future enforcement rights, or require Billow Exchange to provide identical outcomes in future situations.
Billow Exchange reserves the right to approve, deny, condition, defer, investigate, escalate, modify, limit, or otherwise address refund requests in a manner consistent with this Refund Policy, applicable agreements, operational requirements, platform integrity, business needs, security considerations, fraud-prevention efforts, and applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy shall be interpreted as creating an unconditional right to receive a refund, cancellation, reimbursement, credit, exchange, adjustment, accommodation, or other remedy unless such right is expressly required by applicable law, expressly granted by Billow Exchange, or expressly established in a separate written agreement governing the transaction.
Billow Exchange operates in a manner intended to support users located in multiple jurisdictions and recognizes that consumer-protection laws, statutory rights, cancellation rights, cooling-off rights, refund requirements, disclosure obligations, and other legal protections may vary among countries, states, provinces, territories, regions, and regulatory frameworks.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, waive, limit, or override any rights, remedies, protections, obligations, guarantees, warranties, cancellation rights, cooling-off rights, refund rights, disclosure requirements, or other legal requirements that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires Billow Exchange to provide a refund, cancellation right, cooling-off period, reimbursement, credit, disclosure, notice, remedy, accommodation, consumer protection, or other legal benefit, Billow Exchange will comply with such requirements to the extent required by applicable law.
Certain jurisdictions may provide consumers with rights that differ from those described in this Refund Policy. Such rights may arise from consumer-protection laws, digital-content regulations, subscription regulations, distance-selling regulations, e-commerce regulations, educational-service regulations, financial regulations, accessibility requirements, data-protection requirements, or other legal frameworks. Where such rights apply and cannot legally be waived, those rights shall remain applicable notwithstanding any provision of this Refund Policy to the contrary.
Users acknowledge that eligibility for statutory rights, consumer protections, cancellation rights, cooling-off rights, refund rights, or other legal remedies may depend upon factors including:
-
The user's location;
-
The governing law applicable to the transaction;
-
The nature of the product or service purchased;
-
Whether the purchaser qualifies as a consumer, business customer, enterprise customer, institutional customer, or other category of purchaser;
-
The method of purchase;
-
The method of delivery;
-
The nature of the transaction;
-
The timing of the request;
-
Applicable legal requirements;
-
Other relevant legal and factual circumstances.
Nothing in this Refund Policy shall be interpreted as granting users rights beyond those required by applicable law, expressly provided by Billow Exchange, or established by separate written agreements.
